Do The Math and Be Free

Here’s a simple way to retire. If you have more income than you need to live comfortably, and that income is passive (that means you don’t have to continually work in order to generate it) you can retire. Here are the steps to generate that income. Realize, first, that “You gotta be specific to be terrific!” You need to know exactly how much you need per month. That’s a very important step. Next, you have to find at least ten sources of that income. Why so many? So that you don’t have all your proverbial eggs nestling quietly in one basket. In today volatile world, where things are constantly changing, we need to spread our risk so that we can survive the dropping, bombing and stealing of baskets.

So now you know how much you need, you find ten people, whom you trust, respect and admire, and who are successful, and you approach each one to find out what they want. You discover what’s in it for you. “If I can get you this, how much will you pay me?” If these people are smart and successful, they’ll tell you in a heartbeat. I recently had someone approach me and he wanted a job and a salary of $5,000 per month. I showed him how he, or anyone else, can easily earn that in my business, but he wasn’t prepared to get paid for results. So we’re not going to work together. He was averse to work and responsibility. But any savvy entrepreneur can show you exactly what he wants and provide you all the marketing and sales information you want.

Now you link up supply and demand. If you link ten good peoples’ needs to the rest of the ten, you have one hundred transactions. Or Joint Ventures. When these transactions are repeated, you create multiple streams of income. If you need six thousand dollars a month, ask each of these ten people what it will take for them to write you a check every month for one thousand dollars. Or three, or five. Spread your income. John Smith wants people to buy his accounting services and he will pay you $50 per client, per month. He needs 20 clients. He offers a Gift Certificate for a complimentary consultation. You distribute there certificates to the databases of the other nine people and generate business for John. John sends you a check every month, starting at $50 and growing. Some sales are once off, but earn you high amounts of commission. You put the machinery in place to generate those sales on a regular basis. It all adds up. When your income exceeds your expenditure, Ka-Ching! You’ve retired!

Simple way to avoid Cold Calling - Gary, A chiropractor I work with hates cold calling (me too!) and he uses a technique to warm people up to using his services - it's so simple! In Sales your dealing with 3 pools of people: 1. Strangers 2. Prospects 3. Returning Customers You need to move people from one pool to the next. We'll concentrate on #1 and #2 as it's most relevant to your question. My Clients does the following (you just have to tailor it to your situation - be creative). My Client (we'll call him Bob) Bob leverages his time and resources to only get people that need his offer (pain relief) to put their hand up. Dealing with Strangers can get expensive and they don't like to be told what to do as they have no trust or relationship built with him. So to get Strangers to put their hands up he writes up an offer with a free report on a particular pain relief - let's say lower back pain (note: he can simply just change lower back pain to neck pain and have a new report). and uses multiple marketing vehicles to promote the Free report - magazines, newspaper, forums, postcards, private clinics etc. The only people picking up this information are the very people Bob would like as customers as they have Lower back pain. Bob's Free report ends with him stating his services and includes a Free in-house Consultation with no obligation. You'd be surprised at how easily Bob converts Strangers into Prospects. Note: They become prospects when they ask for the Free Guide and in exchange provide their contact details. This gives Bob unlimited opportunity to contact them for the Free in-house consultation with no obligation to continue using him. At this stage Bob's ability to close the sale lies in his office providing good customer service, Bob's ability to help the prospect and provide value at the free in-house consultation. Notice, he hasn't had to pick up the phone to COLD-CALL his Stranger pool or his Prospect pool. Hope that example helps to increase your prospecting!

Your ad shows up along site of the search results for the key words you specify and on other sites as "sponsered results". You could test the market with PPC (track where you get your hits from;keywords and so forth and use SEO to get FREE traffic), or Free methods like article marketing.. Either way you have to [u:ms4wci6i]know what your doing [/u:ms4wci6i](supply,demand, niche, [u:ms4wci6i]Highly[/u:ms4wci6i] targeted prospects, Location specifics [country, state,city,zip code,] etc.). These are just a few I though of off the top of my head. Now that I think of it I need to start doing more myself. ideasuniversity had wrote quit a few good post on marketing/promotion, viral effects and such. You should check them out. Just a word of advice, make sure you have the write niche first. Anyway, hope this helps.
