Why are people coming to my website, but aren’t filling out the “Contact
Us” form? Why are these percentages so low and what should I do to increase
them? That’s what Brian Goss, Babson

the attention of the visitor and try to direct them to a section of the site
that the website owner would like to see improvement on. This could be a Contact form that will be
entered into a CRM system, or a product page where people can browse through
products and hopefully make a purchase.
Once tested, Brian found that including a spokesperson on a website
drastically increases the conversion rate of website visitors to far above the
normal percentage. In fact, the increase
is so drastic that online spokespeople are the
most effect method in visitor to customer conversion on the market today!
It is these important pages that visitors
may overlook that get you the revenue you need.
So why not send your website visitors directly to it? You can use a spotlight feature, which
highlights a link or a specific section of the page at a predetermined point in
the video to draw attention to that important section on the website. Or, a closing statement in a video such as
“Click on my to browse our products!” or “Click on me for our contact
information” will do the trick on getting the results you were always looking
