Chill Out guide to positive thinking

It's your thoughts, that trigger your mind into action without you even realizing it. You need to think positive about all the things you want to happen in your life and then visualize that it's already happened, see yourself achieving your goals, imagine feeling the emotion and happiness, as you see yourself achieving your goals and dreams.
Every night and morning, create positive thoughts, imagine having a fantastic meeting and seeing yourself successfully completing all the tasks you had that day or the next. self visualization can help control your stress and anxiety levels, whenever you start to feel the stress and anxiety building up inside you, replace your negative thoughts with positive thoughts, think of a positive outcome to the events ahead, instead of negative outcome. Too much stress can block your positive thoughts, you end up feeling frustrated that you have not followed through with your great idea you had. Practising self visualization can help control those negative thoughts, thus helping you keep you in control of your actions keeping you, on track of where you want to be in the future. You will need plenty of desire, passion, courage and enthusiasm to make it happen, get into the habit of doing it everyday. It's those negative thought that will to stop you, holding you back from where you want to be, it could be your job, your love life, your family and friends, you deserve the best in your life, live the dream. If you keep telling yourself that you are going to fail, you can guarantee your subconscious mind will do everything in it's power, to help you fail. It's that feeling of failure that get's you down, time and time again, how crazy is that?
Keep focused on achieving your goals everyday and do not be too surprised, when great things start to happen.
Regards, PJ

Re: Don’t worry, Enrich your life and Be happy Re: Don’t worry, Enrich your life and Be happy - [quote="lisa":1rc4ik2q]Start saying positive things especially about yourself. How you communicate to yourself affects your thinking and your emotions, as well as your self-esteem.Change your mental pictures. What and how you see yourself and your surroundings make a difference to your thinking.Read more. Read about how those people who fought fear with courage and succeeded in life. Through reading, you will gain new knowledge and understanding and it will help you clear whatever is blocking your thinking and create more ideas. [/quote:1rc4ik2q] Lisa is right about this. Positive self talk can really make a difference. When you catch yourself saying something negative (whether verbally or just thinking it), turn it around and make it into the opposite. You have to remember to do this continually until it's just habit that the positive thought/saying becomes the first thing you hear instead of the second. It becomes automatic.
Ideas for developing my business Ideas for developing my business - I've been thinking about social life(parties, concerts, interviews) , because there are very few people doing this, and I think that my target audience(between18-28 years old) can use it as a guide for what to do on a certain day or for know more about an important person in our society
Re: We are more richer today than the generations before us Re: We are more richer today than the generations before us - Ok, David's post is going to make me look as dumb as a post, but I'm posting anyway. LOL To put it in more simple terms, as Zig Ziglar said, "Garbage in = garbage out". Think positive things, be around positive people, read positive books and you'll be a positive person with great things happening in your life. I'm positive of that. Hang around losers, whine a lot, think about all the bad in your life and you'll have a really seemingly long, poor life. 'Nuff said.

Can I do something to change my negative thoughts into positive ones? I try very hard not to engage in negative feelings. However hard I may try, I end up with the most antagonistic mental state. This has harmed me in many ways. I really wish I could think better![/quote:2b2448ak] Hi Christopher First of all welcome to the forum, I am sure that you will enjoy being here and will learn a lot. As far as always feeling negative, I would suggest that first of all, stop continuously telling yourself that you are negative. By doing that you are actually affirming it and your subconscious mind will endorse it. The subconscious mind believes whatever you keep telling it. Try some positive affirmations. Say them out loud or to yourself as often as you can (even if in the beginning you don't believe it) and whenever you find yourself thinking negatively, stop and repeat some of the positive affirmations. Don't expect miracles, it is not an overnight process, but over time you will find your mindset changing for the better. Hope this helps MichelleJ
