Engaging your Customers with Passion

Engaging your Customers with Passion

If you were asked by a potential customer, to tell them what you do, how would you feel and what would you say? Would you ramble on repeating yourself, not having a clue on what to really say, ending up delivering some garbled rubbish. In most cases yes. Not because your stupid, it's just that you were not prepared. Just think of the huge opportunities you may be missing on a daily basis. Engagement is all about that initial contact and making the right impression, first time everytime. The key rules are as follows: you need to develop and deliver the attention grabber of all time.

First start with your Name & Company, then what you sell and why your products make the difference between success and failure, when you deliver be very creative, inspire your customer to want to listen. Link it to their business, take your information from referrals and case studies, have passion and belief in what you are delivering. Talk about how you help customers and what benefits they could have. The trick is to do all that within the first minute and finally you must ask a powerful question that hooks the customer to want to find out more. You will need to practice and practice and check your timings to make sure you hit the time zone. Then you can ask for a meeting to establish how you can help them and get the sale. Make an impact with every opportunity you get to sell yourself and your company.

Engage every potential customer using your introduction delivery everytime, just get them hooked and your sales targets will always be in easy reach.
