How to maximise your sales account opportunities

5 step sales tool for success will help you guide to you as you gather all the customer information you need, the key to outstanding account management, is all about being thorough when you question your customer to uncover facts about their business. Gaining an in-depth understanding will give you an edge over your competitors and help you gain respect in the eyes of your customer, as we know demonstrating credibility is critical when gaining their trust.
This process will keep you on track when you start to question and probe for the account information that you need.

Step one. Understand who are their customers and what are their customers key requirements and drivers.

Step two. Establish who are their competitors and what are their strengths, weaknesses within their marketplace.

Step three. Understand their company goals for their markets, financial, and future strategies.

Step four. Ask, what would be the key area's they most like to address and improve upon within their business and their market and who are their key people.

Step five. Ask your customer to tell you the specific strengths of their products and services, understand any niche markets they may have and finally what makes them different from the rest.

Understand your customer and you will be able to understand how to help your customer and provide the right solution.

They have done a deal with First National Bank so all that needs to be done is to open an account with this bank and you can receive money from your Paypal account.
