The 5 Top Power questions to ask your customer
Written by: Paul ButlerArticle Overview: When you get your chance to speak to your customer, please refrain from asking those lame questions that salespeople tend to ask during meetings/sale call, "What does your company do", "Who did you buy your machine from","How many copies do you produce", "How long have you been in business, etc, etc. You could well ask those question during a conversation, but I hope not too often. It's all about being different from your competitors, you need to make your customer think about their response, it's all about engaging with their thought's and making an impact at the beginning of the sale call/meeting.

1. "What would you say, were the three biggest mistakes you can make when purchasing a copier"
2. "What would be the impact to your bottom line if you choose the wrong solution"
3. "How important is company image when you send sales information to your key clients.
4. "How critical is after sales and service support to your business, once you have purchased a product"
5. "What are the main qualities you look for when selecting a supplier"
Hopefully these questions will get your mind thinking about other great questions to ask when you engage with your customers
