Talk about increased revenues and how you have helped other companies.
Research their business.
Think win win.
Do not give up trying to get the appointment.
Seek referrals from existing CEO's that are using your products/services.
Network to establish high level contact from business to business associates to help you arrange the meeting with the CEO.
Remember they are just like you and me, just know your business and benefits and have the guts to do it. Win these babies over and your on a home run.
