The Chill Out Rules to Successful Selling

Chill Out Rules to Successful Selling
Get prepared by learning the key features and potential benefits of your products/services before you even think about contacting the customer. Be organised by developing an action plan and strategy that helps you manage your sales territory successfully.Review your selling skills and techniques.Be positive, punctual and professional at all times.
Ask open and relevant questions.
Never lie; it’s the cardinal sin.
Think about your customer, their roles and responsibilities. Spend time considering which key features of your product/services are most likely to grab their interest and attention.
Collect referrals and success stories on how and why your product/services have added value to other companies.Always be selling, never allow yourself to miss a sales opportunity. A lot of salespeople busy themselves doing paperwork and other admin tasks just to avoid the sales process. Sounds mad, but it happens. Improve your skills, your confidence, get passionate and become a winner.Never forget that people buy from people, in other words, you could have the best product in the world but if the customer takes a dislike to you personally, your chances of getting the sale will become extremely challenging.
Smile, chill out and enjoy selling.
Regards PJ

How to Stay Motivated How to Stay Motivated - There are times when you are up and times when you are down. As a life coach, so often my clients try to push through the times that they are down. They try to motivate themselves. Unfortunately this extends the period of time that they feel unmotivated. When you resist where you are, you amplify it and make it worse. They key is to relax into it and ride the waves of energy and they rise and fall. There will be times when you are hot and times when you are not. Times of great creativity and energy and times of no inspiration and you feel totally blah. If you will honor the times of blah and just rest, inspiration will come back sooner. If you panic and try to GET MOTIVATED, then you will just get more frustrated. What’s the moral of the story? Chill out, relax and rest when the body is going in that direction. Don’t worry. The waves of energy will return and you will soon be riding high again.
