Attitude always win over knowledge

McDonalds is a good value

The other day I visited McDonalds for lunch and it was very crowded at that time.

There was some 8-10 members of staff at the time ...

Whats fascinating me the most was that of those 8-10 persons it was 3 that made it float better.

Some are always new, or do not have quite as much experience but you can see a difference

between different employees.

Remember this the next time you are on a fast food restaurant.

McDonalds should recruit people to other companies too,

so good school, it is!

Attitude always win over knowledge

For each new contact I do, I can clearly see that this is the case.

We have had vacation on the company and before and after it is always a little extra to do.

Some of the staff make the best of the situation and say

"We do try and make the best of it"

Other complain over lot of work ...

Imagine the midst of a raging financial crisis!

Back to attitude, who do you think companies employ?

For exactly 17 years ago I wrote on the Internet about how I felt about sales and marketing. ( Swedish is my language ) It was new and the site was very popular and the visitors appreciated

what I wrote. I was a young salesman who worked for a certain type of goals. Today 17 years later Im working as a CEO and can look back and se that many have been achieved. The starting point was actually when a member of our family lost his job,and i started picking up material to try to encourage him.

To my surprise, absolutely nothing has change from 1991 and 2008. Downturn and financial crisis is something that affects us big. Banks learned nothing, but we as people have come to learn and hopefully we can handle things better this time. There are ways to get out of this as a winner, once again

But we have a responsibility to tell that to the younger generation and i intend to do my part Hope it can do any good.

Re: What to do at the first roadblock? Re: What to do at the first roadblock? - Upon first discouragement, dig in and see if things are as they seem. Sometimes, even though there are several products out there that appear comparable, they are no match. Maybe they do don't a good job of what they are intended for, or maybe there are several glitches in their system, or perhaps their customer service just plain stinks. Decide how you can "one up" all of these things and decide that you are going to create a better product that more people would want. Attitude is 95% of the battle. If you feel defeated before you've done any research on any of the other products, you're doing yourself a huge disservice. Give yourself a chance and see if you can be the BEST in every way. This will get you far no matter what the venture.
Re: What makes a good sales rep? Re: What makes a good sales rep? - Thanks Mary for your contribution, this reminds me of another quality of a good sales rep that i would like to share is product knowledge.you cant be a good sale rep if you dont have a good product knowledge. product knowledge enhance good sales because that is the test of the ability of a sales rep.
