Spectator or Sportsman

Have you ever encountered a businessperson that constantly complains yelling about how business is down and the economy, politics, technology and other factors seem to stress them out? Have you experienced selling professionals that blame goals, territory and commissions on everything?

A fundamental difference exists between successful professionals and those that aren’t. Non successful people procrastinate, find excuses and blame numerous people and things and become stagnant. Successful professionals engage in conversations with advisors, rebrand products/services, themselves and still hustle in good and bad times.

As an entrepreneur or business professional you have options you can be a spectator and complain about the issues or you can become active on the field. The choice is yours but the excuses will continue until you make a choice – the right one.

Re: Poll: Print News vs. Internet News Re: Poll: Print News vs. Internet News - One thing I will continue to do from time to time is to take out subscriptions to the print versions of magazines such as the English weekly, The Spectator. I find that I do not read the online version so regularly, or when I visit the site it is just to read one or two articles. With the print version I read the whole lot, cover to cover. Also, magazines are good for those of us who use public transport. Most of the time I read a book on the tram or train, sometimes listen to audio downloads on iPod, and sometimes read magazines. The only time I read newspapers on the trains is in England!
