Attraction Marketers are DORKS.
They seem to think that if they put out "value" they will attract leads and customers who'll buy affiliate products and stupid ass MLM programs.
They got it wrong.
First, these people have no idea what "value" means. Because if its meaning is to read an ebook by some Gooroo and then rehash what they read...stuff they've never successfully applied to gain financial success, then it's not very valuable at all.
Let's put all that aside.
The definition of ATTRACTION is "a quality of someone who evokes interest, liking, or desire."
And I'm not particularly interested in, nor do I like, or desire anything a Gooroo Fanboy has to say.
To have "Attraction" as a quality, you have to begin by BEING attractive.
So get a friggin nose job Miss Video Marketing Queen, get a boob enlargement, and wear a two-piece in your beach videos. Please.
Put a shirt on, beach-bum marketer with no pecks.
To be attractive in sales copy, you need to have fun and be fun.
Here's the thing, as an affiliate marketer or network marketer, your ONLY asset is your audience.
Not traffic, btw. Traffic is cool and everything, but it's not an audience till you have a repeat visitor.
Everyone wants to hear from the fun guy, and they tune in every day to read his emails and blog posts. Even though they don't really get any "value" and all messages end with a sales pitch.
Think of David Letterman and Oprah Winfrey...they're just affiliates really. Every show is a sales pitch, but EVERYONE tunes in and they make money because of their unique audience who happen to be suitable for their sales pitches. Movies. Books. Musical albums.
So it's not even about COPYWRITING and salesmanship. It's about entertainment.
An audience tunes in because they come to be entertained about a certain topic.
Sometimes the entertainment can take an educational spin, but education is about the most boring 'value' you can give.
Make people laugh about your travel adventures on a travel website. Tease another marketer in a marketing newsletter. Tell your funny date stories in a dating blog.
And you will have ongoing attention forever. Then you can sell anything you want by doing nothing but posting a link at the end.
