Everyone who's ever done MLM says they're looking for leaders.

They worship leaders.

And they WISH they had a pack to lead.

So let me get this straight, Mr. MLM guy...

You declare that you're an alpha leader. Then you start looking for people who want you to lead them?

Aha...sounds like a great plan. Good luck with that.

I hate leaders, ok? At least the MLM ones, they're a bunch of tools. Who can't follow instructions and always think they know better, even though everything they know comes from 20 different scammers better than them.

If you want to lead, you must learn to follow.

And I've worked with clients and recruited staff who were MLMers...their biggest problem is they are an unruly chaotic bunch...unwilling to properly follow. They get their instructions from ANY DOG who dons the Gooroo Hat.

Yet, the only thing they follow is their whim.

No body wants to follow an unruly leader. Someone who changes their mind more often than they their underwear (even though they still smell). Someone who doesn't know when to ask questions and when to shut up.

There is virtue in being a good follower.

If vision were a destination, good leaders are a train.

A smart follower can identify a TRUE leader with vision then with blind faith, they ride the train regardless of where it stops before the destination, and how it gets there. Because they KNOW they'll come out winner in the end.

Except all the supposed "leaders" out there are just more of THEM LOT. Dishonest, unruly, and dumb.
