Become a Better Version of Yourself
What would happen to your life if you set a weekly intention of becoming a better version of yourself? That means you would take the last day of the week (or the first) to write out what would be necessary to become a better version of yourself.
We get so caught up in the busy-ness of life we forget one of the main objectives we, as human beings, seek is to Upgrade Our Lives. This could mean everything from acquiring more material things, better health, more love, or greater wisdom. Regardless of what you want to upgrade in your life, the only way any change will occur is to change your regular habits.
In discovering the Mental Codes®, I realized all people are addicted to emotions. Unfortunately, most people are addicted to the negative emotions of life which results in the desire to create more negative emotions. Just as any addict will tell you, he needs to satisfy his addiction so he does whatever he can to get his drug. In this case, the drug is negative emotions.
Thoughts create Emotions
Emotions create Actions
Actions create Habits
Habits create success or failure
What are your regular habits that seem to be keeping you stuck in life or business? What routines do you do that get in the way of becoming a better version of yourself? What simple steps do you know you could do that would change the results of your life? The answers to these questions hold a wealth of knowledge for your life. Answer the questions in writing and make a decision.
Just as with most anything in life, you’re the one who must decide to change your habits or continue producing the results you have up to this point in your life. I always say, “No change equals no change.” What I mean is simply that if a person doesn’t make any changes in habits or the way they’re doing things, nothing changes in that individual’s life.
Get in the habit of creating a better version of yourself at least weekly and watch wonderful things happen for your life.
As the English Novelist, Aldous Huxley once declared, “There is only one corner of the universe you can be certain of improving, and that’s your own self.”
