You Will Notice What We Tell You To Notice!

Demediacrats Let The Truth Go "Largely Unnoticed" Just the other day... months and months after the fact... the venerable Washington Post reported that, though it went "largely unnoticed" at the time, Islamicists were at the center of the "Arab Spring" revolutions earlier this year, including the more recent regime change in Libya.

You don't say!

When they say "Islamicists," The Post isn't talking about normal, God-fearing Muslims, but the militant, terror-loving, woman-hating, 9/11-attacking, Israel-loathing MINOs (Muslims In Name Only) who are abusing one of the world's oldest religions on a daily basis.

But what The Post probably hopes will go largely unnoticed is that, once again, they are singing from the Demediacrat hymnal by trying to change the meaning of a term - in this case, the term "largely unnoticed." Since virtually every center-to-right media outlet in the nation (both of them) did, in fact, notice the Islamicist center of the Arab Spring (and warned of it repeatedly), the Post's definition of "largely unnoticed" news must be "facts which, known or unknown, to include facts which are subtle in a visible-from-space kinda way, but which don't support the liberal agenda and therefore are not mentioned in the mainstream media."

Once you get the translation, you can read the Washington Post (or any other Demediacrat product) with a deeper understanding.

I don't know about you, but here is a partial list of some of the things I'm largely unnoticing these days: President Obama's all-new "jobs bill" stimulus is exactly like his many previous failed proposals... though it was supposed to be around 6.5 percent by now, and was never to climb above eight percent, U.S. unemployment (just the artificially-lowered number the government uses) has been 9-10 percent since 2009... we are loaning billions to Brazil for deep-water oil drilling while claiming it's too environmentally-dangerous to do it ourselves... we've already spent trillions of borrowed bucks to stimulate the economy, and it has only made things worse... nobody dares start a business or try to build wealth in the new Era of Uncertainty... and, despite rock-solid promises three years ago, Gitmo is still open, gays still can't marry, wind and solar still don't power the nation and we still have thousands of troops in harm's way.

I'm also largely unnoticing Sarah Palin, and the millions who adore her. I can't help but largely unnotice that Rick Perry, that rascal right-winger, has shot to the top of the GOP polls even though he's openly Christian. And, just last fall, I largely unnoticed that the Democrats had the biggest mid-term election loss in seventy years.

Can't you just hear the disembodied voice of the Washington Post? "Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!" it thunders.

Yep. They're all, like, nothing to see here, folks, move along. Move on, dot org! You will notice what we tell you to notice, and you'll like it that way.

Re: Service Or Product? Re: Service Or Product? - Thanks GT, been there and done that as is said in an overused cliche just as hauling around 18/8 stainless steel pots and panes, Kirby vacuums, Tupperware, Bibles, etc. Notice my load got lighter Now I just to Service online, information, ebooks, articles etc. Works for me Agree with Michelle, however any niche remains a niche unless you can break it out of the niche and make a market for it
Re: Backlink Partnerships Re: Backlink Partnerships - There's another thing you can do for relatively cheap. You can get backlinks by reading a blog post and (after making sure that it's Do-follow) add a link back to your site with your comment. Notice how I said "reading a blog post". Really this is a must. There is a lot of spammers out there, so when someone works hard to draft up a post and share it with the world, using that just to advertise is just rude. Moderators delete those very quickly. Now on average it takes 10-15 minutes to read a blog post and then write some useful contribution. That way 90% of your posts will not be removed. So in 1 hr you can have 4-6 links. You can hire a student to do this for $9/hr to do this all day. Within 20 hours you can have 100 links. That'll cost you $180 give or take. I'd say outsource somewhere around the world, but I had poor experience with that personally. Also you can check out my sig., my partners offer backlinking services.
Simple way to avoid Cold Calling Simple way to avoid Cold Calling - Gary, A chiropractor I work with hates cold calling (me too!) and he uses a technique to warm people up to using his services - it's so simple! In Sales your dealing with 3 pools of people: 1. Strangers 2. Prospects 3. Returning Customers You need to move people from one pool to the next. We'll concentrate on #1 and #2 as it's most relevant to your question. My Clients does the following (you just have to tailor it to your situation - be creative). My Client (we'll call him Bob) Bob leverages his time and resources to only get people that need his offer (pain relief) to put their hand up. Dealing with Strangers can get expensive and they don't like to be told what to do as they have no trust or relationship built with him. So to get Strangers to put their hands up he writes up an offer with a free report on a particular pain relief - let's say lower back pain (note: he can simply just change lower back pain to neck pain and have a new report). and uses multiple marketing vehicles to promote the Free report - magazines, newspaper, forums, postcards, private clinics etc. The only people picking up this information are the very people Bob would like as customers as they have Lower back pain. Bob's Free report ends with him stating his services and includes a Free in-house Consultation with no obligation. You'd be surprised at how easily Bob converts Strangers into Prospects. Note: They become prospects when they ask for the Free Guide and in exchange provide their contact details. This gives Bob unlimited opportunity to contact them for the Free in-house consultation with no obligation to continue using him. At this stage Bob's ability to close the sale lies in his office providing good customer service, Bob's ability to help the prospect and provide value at the free in-house consultation. Notice, he hasn't had to pick up the phone to COLD-CALL his Stranger pool or his Prospect pool. Hope that example helps to increase your prospecting!
Re: Too Successful for Marriage? Re: Too Successful for Marriage? - [quote="TheRainmaker":3mdf3dnc]Hey Everyone! This is one of my favourite topics so forgive me if I rant... There is a huge piece missing in all of these discussions and that is, what are the men doing/going to do differently? The focus is always on the women and how we have created this but in reality in the men who have become obsessively insecure about 'their' roles in the relationship, etc. Perhaps if there were more education or relationship coaching for men, it would help. Right now, the majority of information is focussed on the women. Men clearly dont know what is 'expected' of them anymore. These arent our fathers times. There was an article in Men's Health last year which was actually promoting the fact that men can relax a bit and be 'taken care' of by their successful wives and girlfriends. Give me a break - if I was single and I wanted to take care of something, or some-one it would be my business or my dog. Men these days seem to have lost all THEIR Ambition and drive. If they, the men, could catch up with the women in self esteem, empowerment etc., we'd all be much better off. I think women, while wanting a relationship, are doing the right thing in remaining single until they find a confident and self secure partner. I dont think women are looking to be the BREADWINNER all the time, but we shouldnt get punished by it. J[/quote:3mdf3dnc] Hi Jude, it's good to hear your take on this one. I think we need to look at ourselves first, but then the next step is to look at how we are "being" with the men in our lives. Are we setting up boundaries and educating them on how to treat us properly? We can't change the men, but we CAN change how we deal with them. I do know that some gentle persistence can help... my husband has learned how to have personal growth discussions with me on subjects that would have had him running the other direction a 100 miles an hour in the past! What's the secret? I've modelled to him what personal development does. He might not like that my boundaries aren't easy to push over anymore, but it made him sit up and take note. After some time, he started asking more questions. Since most men aren't into personal development, we can certainly train them how to be with us in the areas that matter most. If I were single and dating someone who wasn't willing to compromise or see me as an equal partner, I wouldn't consider that person marriage material anyway. (Fortunately, there really are some good guys still out there.) Notice I said, "equal" partner above. Some women I know swing into the whole "control" factor and disrespect the man as well. That's also a recipe for disaster. She shouldn't be surprised if she can't find a partner when she's not willing to be a true partner herself. Take care, Tami
