There are lots of very effective methods of generating huge web traffic of which a large number of people are not aware of.

Paid advertisement is the easiest and quickest way to boost web traffic. Clicks, view or impressions are just a few of the types of paid advertisement available. Paid traffic is most efficient when you need to generate traffic with speed, or when you're trying to capture leads in your niche.

Pay Per Click (PPC) is the first type of paid advertisement. Once your ad has been set up, you then bid per click depending on your daily budget. You will only be charged when someone actually clicks on your ad and once you've hit your daily maximum value, your ad will temporary stop showing until the next day. You might have to pay as low as 5 cents or as high as $10 depending on the key word you are bidding on. A simple logic to reducing your cost per click is to make use of key words with less competition. Google Ad Words and Yahoo Search Marketing are the two most acceptable PPC options available if you are thinking of giving it a shot.

Pay Per View (PPV) and Cost Per thousand impressions (CPM) works in a different way than PPC. You pay for each time your ad is viewed In PPV while in CPM you pay for every one thousand time your ad appears. CPM is generally the cheapest form of paid advertisement, but the outcome is generally not as good as CPC.

Cost Per Action (CPA) is another form of paid advertisement that's been gaining recognition. CPA works differently than other forms of paid advertisement as it requires visitors to carry out a definite action before payment is made. For example, you can get visitors to your site and join your mailing list.

Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is another powerful tool for traffic generation. RSS is simply a feed from your website that contains all of your posts and articles but very few people are making full use of RSS to its benefit. If you are social book marking your back link, you would have taken note of the fact that each one of your social book marking account essentially has its own RSS feed. This feed can also be submitted to RSS directories to put up back links back to the feed which subsequently turns up the power towards your main site from the bookmarks. RSS MIX and Yahoo Pipes are time saving tools that allow you take multiple feeds and mix them to create a single feed that can be submitted to RRS.

You sound like a very enthusiastic person who likes what she does and in Internet Marketing that is very important and you also sound like a 'people person' which is great. Internet Marketing is time consuming and challenging but can also be extremely rewarding and hopefully profitable. I don't know how many forums you have signed up to but this is one of the best. All forums are unique in their own way, but doesn't mean that one is better than the other. What you might get out of one forum, you may not get from another. For instance, the WF focuses on Internet Marketing, while this forum focuses on Entrepreneurship. Each has their own set of benefits. I don't think you can really compare one to the other, unless of course they focused on the same topic. I have learned a lot from this forum, stuff I would never have gotten from the WF. With that being said, I've learned a lot from the WF, specifically since I need to know about Internet Marketing and running an online business. The addition of the Online Business forum here will help, and Jeff is doing a great job as moderator.
