Business Planning - Why you should write yours.
Article Overview: A Business Plan is your plan for your business, whether it is brand new or a mature business.
Your market is likely to change, your competition is likely to change, your products may well change.
All these changes need to be assessed and new business strategies worked out.
Once you have written your Business Plan, it is a good idea not to throw it away. Check what you wrote 6 months before and see how things have changed or have not gone to plan.
By doing this you should be able to stop problems before they become too major.
You should also be able to spot where things are going particularly well.
Good results will need to be factored into future planning.
Your Business Plan, if it is used properly, is a vital tool for business success.

Business Planning - Why you should write yours.
If you are thinking of starting a new business, looking for further business finance or just continuing in business; it is a very good idea to write down your ideas in a formal way to try to ensure that all the angles are covered for your future business.
If you are looking for Business Finance then the lender will want to know that you have thought through everything. If you do not have a Business Plan then they will probably ask you to provide one before they will consider your proposal.
A goodwritten Business Plan isimportant inhelping topersuade lenders that the business idea is worth investing in.
A business plan should consist of evidence of planning for all the main areas of business activity.
The narrative should be in your own words and written in your own way. After reading your Business Plan, the lender will usually have some questions to ask you.
If someone else writes your business plan, it is unlikely that you will be able to properly answer some of the questions that might come your way.
There are other short essays, covering the main topics that need to be covered, including the production of a Cashflow Forecast.
Theseessaysare designedto give you the basic information for you to be able to produce a good Business Plan that will be your own work and will stand up to any questioning by Investors or Lenders.

Re: The 10 Goal Method for personal success
- Great Post.
I've read this before. I believe it was from his "100 Unbreakable Laws of Business."
I've also done this and it works like MAGIC. The only problem is I sometimes forget to write down more goals once I've accomplished them...LOL
If you haven't tried it yet, you should. It works.
