USE DOWNSIZING TO UPSIZE YOURSELF

DOWNSIZING, REDUCTIONS-IN-FORCE, LAYOFFS, etc. are "the way to go" in today's business world. If you're the victim of downsizing or any other form of losing your job, don't worry. Use downsizing to upsize yourself by:

1. Starting, or taking over, your own business so you're free--forever--of any future downsizing 2. Creating your own payroll which can give you raises when you need them--not when someone else decides 3. Working your own hours--early or late in the day, in accord with your likes and dislikes 4. Taking a vacation when you want to--not when some unthinking boss tells you to take it 5. Building a future for yourself and your loved ones at your own pace--instead of someone's direction

FOR THE BEST CHANCE TO SUCCEED, take the easy steps outlined below, either for yourself or for a downsized person you help--for a fee:

1. Pick a business you like--you'll do a better job and your customers will feel better served by you

2. Try to take over a going business--it has a better chance of success than a startup business

3. Put in the hours at your business--there's really no substitute for being "on the job" to serve your customers--day and night

4. Feature good service, attention, and affection for your customers--let them see that you care

5. Don't over-step your knowhow--if a customer has a legal problem, tell him/her to see an attorney; for an accounting problem, recommend seeing a CPA, etc.

*Financial consulting as a financial broker, finder, business broker, advisor, etc., is popular and makes money for people wanting to help others

*Real estate ownership on income properties is an excellent business. It does--however--take a bit longer to get started than the first business, above

*Exporting is growing throughout the world. Business people are shipping more--all over the world. You can act as an Export Management Agent (EMA) today

*Mail order booms out--year after year. Sales of all kinds of products and services continue to grow. If you have a needed product or service to sell, the profits are there for you to earn!
