10 Perfect Ways to Make Any Commercial Lender Angry

(From “Ways of Success in Business and Private Life” by Marina Lando)

1) Personal Financial statement is merely a piece of paper. Don’t spend your precious time by answering all the questions.
2) Nobody cares about your net worth. Math is not important. You are not at elementary school; teacher would not get angry because two plus two is five. Put any number you want to or any numbers that looks nice.
3) Credit score system is just a joke. Only fools pay their bills on-time or at all. Be frank with the bank: you have a perfect credit history. Credit score of 300 IS great.
4) Never provide your resume. Your experience is irrelevant to your current project. Take bank to court for invasion of privacy.
5) Bank will never read your paperwork anyway; complete application in your most hard to read handwriting. Red or yellow ink is perfect.
6) Never send your tax returns – tax returns are the private matter between you and IRS. Bank must be joking asking for it.
7) Never send business tax returns. Bank must trust your word that the business is doing great. In any case you are protected by the Fifth Amendment.
8) It is perfectly all right to insult loan officer - you are protected by the First Amendment.
9) It is not bank’s business what you are going to do with the money. Protect your ideas – never put them in writing. Just promise that you are going to make a lot of dough.
10) Submit only forged documents. Bank has no means to check them anyway.

Re: Quote of the Day - "The only people witho Re: Quote of the Day - "The only people witho - Thanks for sharing this Evan, there are some very powerful quotes in there, I particularly like this one:- You are now at a crossroads. This is your opportunity to make the most important decision you will ever make. Forget your past. Who are you now? Who have you decided you really are now? Don't think about who you have been. Who are you now? Who have you decided to become? Make this decision consciously. Make it carefully. Make it powerfully. regards, Mal.

Re: Need A Review Of My Internet Marketing Blog Re: Need A Review Of My Internet Marketing Blog - Hi Jay, I tend to agree with the others. You have obviously put a great deal of effort into your site which you can be proud of and the content is great but there is just too much of it. As soon as I landed on your home page I was immediately distracted by a pop up message followed by another banner at the bottom-not good. I want to see your site and what you have to offer. A lot of visitors will just exit out at this point when what you want them to do is stick around and ‘take action’ by signing up to one of your offers. Try to streamline your site into your banker offers and a few others and if you want to lead people away from your front page to specific niche offers all about perhaps ’surveys’ or ‘data entry’ then just include a side widget for something like ‘Other Ways To Make Money On The Interent’ and take them away to another page with different banners etc but not all on your front page as they will be totally confused by all the offers and leave. My site below is very new with limited content to very specific offers and over the coming months I will be developing it to cover other linked pages to other areas of interest for the visitors, best wishes, Mal.

Re: FaceBook Re: FaceBook - [quote="Commercial Realtor":280x2qdf]Pay Per Click ads can get the ball rolling.[/quote:280x2qdf] If you are going to go the PPC route you might as well use Facebook ads. That way, at least everybody who looks at the ad will already be a potential user! Also, you set up tight market segments to target.
