Maybe it is all of them:
1. Have you asked your staff why they want to leave you?
2. Have you talked to your current staff and asked them for their advice?
3. Do you have a training scheme to assist your staff in gaining the skills that you want from them?
4. Is the way that the company works internally so difficult that people get discouraged?
5. Can you do more to make your staff feel valued, wanted and part of the success of your company?

People work for a number of reasons which includes:
1. The money obviously.
2. To feel wanted and needed.
3. For a sense of achievement.
4. For companionship from other workers and customers.

You work in an environment where people are happy – are your staff?

If you find out the answers to the above questions to your will an idea of why your staff are leaving so quickly.

So:
Make your staff feel valued, happy and that they contributing to your business. Train them correctly and make your business run more efficiently and your turnover should reduce.

Entrepreneurs are a different breed than Paid Employees- so it would be interesting to view the contrast.
