Why Hosted Exchange Makes Sense for Small Businesses

Exchange solutions are an invaluable tool for any business today. It’s cold, hard math; increased business efficiency means a greater rate of return from your employees which leads to greater profits. And there are few tools that will have such a dramatic impact on a business’ efficiency as Hosted Exchange.

The reason an Exchange solution is such a significant tool is that today’s business world relies heavily on communication. Whether this communication is within your own business, with venders, or with clients, you are going to need a reliable and efficient platform with the right tools for your business.

Tools You’ll Get with an Exchange Solution

When you get an Exchange solution for your business, you will suddenly have access to advanced features like synced email with mobile access. Most importantly, your company will be able to automatically share vital information such as calendars, schedules, important contacts, “to-do-lists” that allow you to create and assign tasks, and an overall collaborative strength that will help grow your business.

Another big advantage of an exchange platform is that all of your employees will have remote access to you company’s information. An internet connection is all that is required. This way your employees will be able to easily work from home or on business trips.

The Problem

The benefits of an Exchange Solution are self evident, as all companies can certainly benefit from increased efficiency with easy communication. The only trouble is, for many companies, the cost of implementing reliable e-mail and group collaboration services can be overwhelming. Upfront, the costs of such a solution will often be in excess of $10,000. More costs will follow after installation when you will have to pay more staff for maintenance.

The Solution is Hosted Exchange

Hosted Exchange gives your business all the benefits of an in-house server at a fraction of the cost. All you need to do is find a reliable IT specialist business, such as ACF Consulting, to run the server for you. Then they will charge you only a small monthly fee to use it. This is a win-win for any business because they will have the same advantages as larger companies at a price that is easy to afford. For smaller businesses that want big-business collaboration capabilities, Hosted Exchange is the perfect solution.

Like Michelle I use Global Exchange for one of my affiliate programs but other than that it is PayPal for me. regards, Mal.
