College Recruiter Answering Service

One of the most stressful times as a parent is preparing your child for college. While this can be a fun time for the child it is a headache for the parent. The last thing a parent needs is to be working with a college recruiter that doesn't have a college recruiter answering service. The education industry is a multi-billion dollar a year business. The true professionals in the industry utilize a college recruiter answering service. Parents turn to a college recruiter to help navigate college costs, locations, education and proper fit for their child. Parents have many questions about this process. They want the questions answered in a timely manner. If no one is available to take the call, the answering service is available to. The operators can take the call and schedule a call back time convenient for recruiter and the parent. The service can also field questions from prospective students. This way they are better prepared to call the parents back. Most parents do not have the time or money to waste on missed calls and voicemails. In many cases both parents are employed full time, so time and timing are very important.

Choosing a college is a decision for both parents and their child. While getting everyone on the same page is difficult, the service will coordinate everyone's schedule. This is all done at the cost of using an answering service (which is usually a few dollars a day), and not having to pay a receptionist saving you both time and money. Most answering services are open 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Education professionals get many their calls during the evening and weekends. As a recruiter you don't want to miss that initial call.

Once a parent makes the decision to hire a college recruiter, they do it quick. If there is not a 24 hour option in place to manage phone calls, the recruiter will miss the call, and the parent will call another professional. Voicemail is convenient but many times the automation is not good enough to capture leads, concerns, or just basic phone calls. The parent wants to relax by knowing they are getting help in the college decision. This service will also provide with excellent customer satisfaction. A satisfied parent will probably recommend you to some of their friends. Their friends probably have children getting close to that college search age. It is amazing at how a business can grow by hiring an answering service.

Re: Service Or Product? Re: Service Or Product? - I agree with starting a Service-based Business in the economy. Here is what I think is critical: 1. Researching that your Service business has a market. 2. Marketing the Service with as much leverage as possible. 3. Product-izing the Service (aka Package Expert Knowledge). This will only help elevate you as "the" expert in your niche and make you accessible to people in different price points.
Who Said Twitter Doesn't Work...? Who Said Twitter Doesn't Work...? - Last month, the BBC World Service programme, The Strand, featured 21 year-old Icelandic pianist/composer Olafur Arnalds. Arnalds achieved extraordinary success through his internet-led project to compose 7 tunes in 7 days, post them on his website and then post links to it via TWITTER. As a result his website got thousands of visitors eager to listen to his music, catapulting him to fame and bringing his music to the attention of the BBC, who featured an interview with him on the World Service programme, The Strand! So who says Twitter doesn't work? (HINT: It does help if you have something uniquely your own that other people want to get hold of...)
Re: Did you reach your goal this year? Re: Did you reach your goal this year? - Turns out there's 5 meeting locations for Toastmasters International in State College alone... only 30 minutes from my town. Most likely due to Penn State University, but surprising nonetheless that I have never heard of the organization before. I'll have to look more into it as it sounds like something I could benefit from.
Re Thinking Smarter Re Thinking Smarter - Hi Tami, Thanks for the encouragement. Yesterday I had an experience, which is great. On a volunteer basis I teach French at a College of the Third Age. Often we work with a book, but one guy left it at home. We are only a small class, hence I had a new idea to find words by way of a spider web. Each word had something in common. We filled the whole flipchart with words. Just by thinking creative. Regards Beat
Queen West & John Street, much more accessible than befo Queen West & John Street, much more accessible than befo - Kris, no specific interested prospects, but I am thinking of this year's graduates of Ontario College of Art, or previous year's, or part-time instructors who would benefit from proximity and continuing contacts with OCA, or freelancers who used to have an office at CBC TV before the many downsizings (set designers, etc.), or CITY TV (and affiliates) freelancers and part-timers.
