Call answering services are becoming more and more popular in the United States, especially in the last few years. Voicemail is a thing of the past, and companies are moving into this more personal method. Some call centers are only open for certain hours; however, there are some out there open 24 hours a day. These 24/7 call centers are more popular than most, because they have the best customer service satisfaction results. Twenty-four/seven call centers are ideal for any company looking to increase their income. Companies and consumers alike are happy with 24/7 call centers. It is a strategic move for a company to use a 24/7 call center, and it makes consumers happy to have such personal and excellent contact with the business they are contacting. Having a live voice answering phone calls all day, every day of the week is a win-win situation!

A man from Houston, Texas, Jerry Scott shared his story of how he was overly satisfied with 24/7 call centers. Jerry is your average man, but works a full day of work all week. Monday through Saturday, he is out from 7 am to 10 pm. Being that his workplace is outdoors, he does not have access to an office or phone during these hours. A few months ago, Jerry was starting to look for a new job. After finding a few places he was interested in, he started to make some phone calls. Because he was calling after 10, almost every time he was just leaving messages on voicemail machines. None of the businesses were open on Sundays when Jerry had off either, so he was getting voicemail then too. Even when I left a voicemail, the company did not call me back until days or weeks later. I felt like my request of an interview was lost in the voicemail system. I was not being heard and definitely not getting a job anytime soon."

Finally he called a business that used a 24/7 call center to get their messages, and he was shocked to hear a live voice answer his call! He was so pleased to get this wonderful call center service that he was immediately attracted to this company. The next morning, he received a phone call from an interviewer at the company, just as he had asked! He could not believe how timely and precise this 24/7 call center was. He claims is was "the most convenient service ever. The company made a wonderful decision to take advantage of this 24/7 call center." Mr. Scott got the job, and even though his credentials were extraordinary, he gives the credit to the 24/7 call center.

Jerry is not the only person out there who was extremely satisfied with a 24/7 call center. Many other satisfied customers have reported their stories and happiness when companies and small businesses in their areas use 24/7 call centers. If you own a small company or business, this is the best option for you! Don't you want all of your customers to feel like Jerry? Everyone is attracted to a 24/7 call center. Even if you are not the owner of the company you work for, it may be a good idea to suggest it to your boss! Who knows, if it all works out and the company saves some money, you may get a pay-raise! After hearing the many success stories of companies with more than satisfied customers, it's hard to believe that every business out there does not have a 24/7 call center at their assistance. From a company's standpoint, they are not only having happy customers, which brings in more money, but they are also saving money on payroll because they are not hiring their one phone-answering team, nor are they paying for expensive, annoying voicemail systems.
