Re: IM Faceplate approaching 3 month mark... - Hi Michelle, I know what you mean! I have become less worried about mixing "business and pleasure" on Facebook now, simply because like a lot of us, I've come to see the potential of Facebook... I still pick and choose who my friends are though, whereas with IM Faceplate I'd probably be open to all comers. IM Faceplate does have some excellent tools... but don't they all!?!?!

WikiLeaks prides itself in uncovering secret and sensitive documents (more or less, "leaked" files). Well, they released very sensitive materials that could seriously impact the security of the U.S. and other countries. The U.S. government made every attempt to shut the site down to no avail. It didn't last long at all. Then a hacker I read about, I forget his online name, boasted about shutting the site down numerous times for a length of time. He claimed he was doing it to preserve the security of our nation and our military troops, as he's ex military himself and takes that sort of thing seriously. The owner of WikiLeaks went into hiding and put the site on underground severs in a bunker where he was hiding. The site is now officially down for good, though. The owner is currently in jail on various accusations that have nothing to do with the site unleashing the documents.
