When choosing your artwork weather it's going to be a selection a canvas prints or a split canvas effect of the one image or even if it's just the one canvas big or small canvas print then its best to try and fit the colours in with the decor of the room its going in.. You can get lucky sometimes as some of the artwork out there may have all the colours you wanted in it which makes it allot easer when choosing, also if the picture itself is of something you like to, that helps. When you get the colour theme right then you have to decide upon which type of art you think will look best when speaking in texture terms i.e. do you want your canvas to have a 3d effect or is it going to be a design type picture or a modern giclee canvas printing effect. There lots to choose from like landscape, river, portrait or of your special famous person that you admire so much or even if it's a abstract type style there's always something available out there that will stick out for you.. Just got to make sure you get the colour scheme right and you'll be plain sailing.

People do mention that its always best to have a piece of canvas artwork that points to your personality which I think is a true topic,, because if you do get something that is calling out your name then it's bound to fit right in your living space snug as a rug.

Choosing your art should reflect yourself so that not only you're comfortable with it but in a good sense it's going to be something that is in with your trend and the trend you friends are in so when you look at it like that then everyone is a winner. canvas printingof artwork is always a good option in many people's eyes which tends to be more of a cost worth way of getting the artwork on canvas that you always wanted as if you were to buy originals then that's when it could prove to be costly.

Besides all that you shouldn't have to feel like it's a challenge, you should enjoy the gander and enjoy every moment of that special chosen piece of art that will last for years to come in its place on your wall. You should enjoy showing it off and enjoy have it proud in your home, providing you select the right one but then again you can never go wrong with art as every piece has its own way of being loved.

Get it down in writing - An entrepreneur friend of mine came to me asking for help yesterday. He had invented a new product (which I happen to think is very cool) and hired a graphic designer to prepare a logo for him and some marketing materials. Now that my friend is starting to get some interest from a few major companies, the graphic designer is asking for more money or he won't give up the exclusive rights to use the artwork - which means that he could, if he wanted to, sell the same artwork to competitors of my friend's business. Whenever you hire someone to perform a service or deliver a product make sure you get down in writing that you own whatever results from your working relationship. It cannot be resold or reused by anyone else without your written agreement.

It was a painful lesson that I learnt. [/quote:3m64hpp3] Seems to me that there should be some kind of law here... it should be a "given" - or whatever the legal term is - that whenever someone hires a graphic designer to do a logo or what have you, it's obviously exclusive and should be handed over for the initial payment agreed upon. And if it isn't in writing, whatever happened to verbal contracts? I know there used to be an old saying "Verbal contracts aren't worth the paper htey aren't written on," but there's plenty of precedent in American law these days that says otherwise (not that I'm saying that's a good thing.) But yes, buyers should get things in writing.... but then, so should the providers, also... (the only example of the provider being ripped off I can think of at the moment is the whole Superman fiasco...the two creators of Superman in the 1930s worked on a pay per piece basis, and did well out of it for the monetary reward standards of the day, but when Superman marketing took off and the whole character and his spin offs turned into a multi million dollar business, they received nothing from it. After years of litigation the two poverty-stricken creators were finally awarded about $75,000 each.... some extremely low sum considering the value of their creation... but then, they [i:3m64hpp3]had [/i:3m64hpp3]signed their creation over to others...
Re: About: product production! - At the end of the day, having a patent, copyright or trademark are pretty much useless because if the person who infringes on your legal rights and has more money than you... they'll bleed you dry (i.e. outlast you by being able to pay legal costs) long before you can finish the lawsuit. For instance, let's say the City of Toronto copied my artwork. Do you really think I can file a lawsuit and win against the City of Toronto?? Not a chance. Lawyers will try to tell you differently, but that's only because they want your business.
