Re: outsourcing tips? - One thing you must see before hiring a outsourcing company ,ie ; their previous projects and credentials .Also you must have basic knowledge of the technology ,so that you are better able to understand whether the outsourced company is doing the things in a better way or not.
Website Design - I handle my own website design and maintenance along with several other businesses. I like being able to make changes when I want without having to go through someone else and wait for their schedule. I'm very happy with my hosting company and learning to create the site wasn't that complicated, so the flexibility of making changes when I need them is certainly worth the time. I also have 9 years of design experience and its easier for me to create what I want and need instead of taking the time to explain to someone else. Shri

It doesn't guarantee anything, but you can't dismiss a person with years of experience and a proven track record. I dealt with a man the other day who has owned a local business for over 50 years and he's forgotten how to deal with customers - thankfully his son is in charge of the business. I really can't see Donald Trump hiring anyone 15-18 as a vice president in a company of that size should be over 22. No matter how book smart a person is, they also need life experience - most (not all, but most) people don't have that much life experience at 15-22. Template of Service Agreement/Contractor Agreement - Just wondering if anyone has some good templates of a service agreement between a company and any contract-type workers. So it would be different from an employee offer letter. I am hiring a new instructor for my school and would like to have something in writing even though they are not actually hired as employees, more like independent contractors. Thanks!
