Generally, a web developer follows these steps to achieve the desired results- planning, analysis, design, implementation, promotion and innovation. If you want to have a website for your business, it is advisable that you hire a web development company which follows a structured process and is privy to the most common mistakes in the web development process. Make sure that your website development company avoids the following mistakes:

1) Cluttered web pages: Minimalism is the latest trend in web development and so it is important to avoid overuse of content and images on all the web pages because that makes the content unreadable and the navigation process difficult.

2) Dependency on JavaScript: Overuse of JavaScript and no static makes it a bad idea because most people either use a browser with no JavaScript support or have disable it in their browser. Moreover, search engine robots do not interpret JS very well and so too much dependency on JavaScript can lead to bad search engine rankings.

3) Immobility: While computers remain the most common way of accessing the Internet, mobile phones are quickly catching up. The growing use of mobile to access the Internet makes it imperative for web developers to implement techniques that make your website accessible through a mobile phone as well. If your website fails to work as efficiently as it does on the computer, there is every possibility that you are missing on a lot of traffic and potential clients.

4) Invalid HTML: Validation of the HTML is crucial for any website to be successful. It helps in catching a ton of bugs before they make it into the live version. It takes very little time to do the validation and can enhance cross-browser compatibility.

5) Too much of Flash: This is another factor that can tarnish your brand image. Too much Flash increases the load time of the website, forcing the visitors to leave the site for a better one. Moreover, use of Flash makes it look more like an advertisement which is not taken seriously by the visitors. If the developer has to use Flash, he must provide a skip button for those who do not want to wait for the Flash image to load.

6) Incompatibility: A common mistake that an inexperienced website development company may make is to forget about the cross-browser compatibility. It is important to see how the website looks and performs in different browsers, without any design mutation when viewed on different browsing applications.

Website development is a critical process in making the website perform well. If all of the above discussed factors are taken care of during the development process, the website is sure to meet its objective of driving higher traffic and converting visitors into customers.

From what i've been told they are really great when it comes to small business. Their loans have a little higher interest but their payment terms are a lot easier to swallow. I can give you a contact if you need.
