Customer loyalty is very important and the primary objective of CRM to drive the business in the right direction. You can build loyalty by attracting right customers to your services, keeping touch with your customers as loyalty can brings more customers to your business. You should also remember to learn about your customer’s likes and dislikes to give a personal touch and gain their trust. A loyal customer is retained for a long time for your business as they have trust on your services. If your customers are satisfied with the products and services offered by they will surely be returning back to you for other services in the future.

• CRM software includes all the targeted and expected requirements of customers so you can think from customer’s point of view and satisfy them with your services and products. This also helps in achieving customer loyalty.
• CRM helps in solving the problems of customers instantly as you can always be in touch with your customers with the help of CRM and provide good support without any delay to solve their problems. This increases the level of confidence of customers in your products and services.

CRM is a beneficial and an important tool for any software development company as it helps in retaining customers and their loyalty for a longer period.

Having your face and personality out there makes the company more human.

In the software business, if you don't earn their trust in the first few days they start implementing it, they tend to just give up on using it at all.....even if they may have lost a lot of money. With software, silly glitches can have a huge bearing on your newer clients. Especially if they are brand new to software in general. The more established users understand that when you are constantly building and developing the software, there are going to be glitches along the way. Trust is a must!
Software for ebooks? - I'm thinking of putting together a few articles I've written for my webzine into a book, and and selling it on my website. I was initially just going to turn it into a PDF using my free PDF makign software, but now I'm wondering if I should go with professional ebook making software. Can anyone give me any advice on the best software to use?

However, I'm still a little unsure of what that is exactly. You've mentioned before that it's "customizable", but what does that exactly mean? Can you give us an example? Moreover, what's the difference between downloading the software like MSN Messenger versus visiting a website like Facebook? How much space would your software take up? People are always skeptical about downloading and using new software on their computers in the event it might be spyware, etc. (especially since no one has the patience to read through a lengthy "Terms and Conditions of Use" page). Have you thought of ways to combat this?
