If the computers are stolen or receive a virus then the data would be lost, so this procedure of backup will not be suitable from a reliability standpoint.

A USB RAM disk would be the backup method of choice by many computer users, however it offers few advantages but many disadvantages as a reliable backup method. If you use an USB RAM disk to backup your important data there\'s a high possibility that it will sooner or later be lost. However these are easily broken by careless handling or they just fail due to unknown causes. So just use an USB RAM disk to transport data between points An and B.

Many computer users work with an external USB hard disk drive to act as a backup for his or her data. They normally leave the drive permanently connected to the laptop or desktop pc; copying the crucial data infrequently. Often whenever an user tries to revive data from an external hard disk your data can\'t be recovered. This occurs when the hard disk has been knocked or banged where data will probably be destroyed without the user realising.

The best medium that the home computer user should consider for reliable data backups is to use DVDs and CDs. These are readily available, hold a great deal of data, are durable and are very inexpensive.

Consideration ought to be given to the frequency of data backup based on how much that the computer is used. Assuming you are going to use DVDs or CDs as the method of backup then you definitely should use a totally new disk for each backup event. I want to start a CARTRIDGE business Need help - Hi, I am 20 years old, and looking to open up a cartridges business. I would like to know the markup on say.. HP Canon, Brother and other cartridges. It seems that Staples, office depot and other big companies sell them at regular retial price, I have come accross several websites, that sell them for reasonable prices. I am in contact with Tech Data (probably will open an account) I just want to know the general markup on cartridges? Thanks
