Launch 2+ businesses? Launch 2+ businesses? - [quote="Jessica":29qrrpof]I have a questions for those entrepreneurs who have built a successful first company and then began a totally different second (or more) business. How did you split your time? Any tips and secrets? I have a great business right now but wouldn't mind dabbling in other ideas but I can't see myself having the time/resources to expand?[/quote:29qrrpof] To expand on Jessica's inquiry... wouldn't it be advisable to start more than one company even if the first isn't successful or stable yet? I mean, why should someone limit themselves to only one opportunity which may or may not even work out? Why put all your eggs into one basket? Shouldn't entrepreneurs try launching more than one business at a time to see which one becomes the breadwinner (provided there's enough time and resources to do so)?
Re: Help Make my business a Million Dollar Business- Update Re: Help Make my business a Million Dollar Business- Update - Let me be the first to say Wow! What a fantastic idea! The underepresentation of women in boardrooms across the world is a startling fact. It is also depressing that women make 73 cents per every dollar made by men. This pay inequality is also discouraging to young, aspiring, and talented women entrepreneurs. Is there a way to volunteer for the cause beyond nominating or signing up?
Re: Why aren't there more women entrepreneurs? Re: Why aren't there more women entrepreneurs? - I think that women generally like to work together in groups. Whether it is with family, friends or workmates women prefer a combined effort. This may cause them to be less likely to go it alone in business. So, what we need are groups of women to work together as entrepreneurs. Of course that may be easier said then done.
