99% Of People Selling Need To Do This

I don't know if you've watched the sky lately but if you look out the window, right now, you'll see ZAPS of lightning to the north.

All the way north, right to Canada, right overtop my house in fact!

What's with all the "lightning?" (Honestly, it looks like the Mad Scientist Factory here in Sales Diva Headquarters!)

I've been dedicating time to do something. Something I would bet you're not dedicating ANY TIME to do. (And oh boy, it's costing you plenty of cash and customers)

I'm focused on the bird's eye view of my business - every possible angle - what needs to change, what will stay the same and what will get blasted out of the water.

99% of People Selling Need To Do This!

And this means YOU lady!

I've been dedicating 1 day per week for:

* market and competitive research

* product creation

* internet marketing

* PR strategies for my upcoming NEW book! (yahoo!)

* Strengthening and creating strategic partner relationships

* branding

* new on-line and off-line advertising

* promotional opportunities and strategies

* and so much more that I can hardly stand it - I'm SO PUMPED!

Why have I dedicated this time (and hired other people to research for me as well?)

Because times "are a changing" lady.

If you don't keep on top of:

* what your customers are doing

* which customers spend the most with you

* where they're hanging out

* what products and services they're looking for (and HOW they find them)

* how they are accessing info

* how they like to be communicated to

* how your customers are making purchasing decisions

....your sales are going to DRY UP. Probably within the next 3-6 months.

So What Do You Need To Do?

You need the bird's eye view of your business and FAST.

Start asking questions. Get a business coach. Do a customer survey. Create and USE a database (if you're not doing this now- the next 2 years will crush you), research the upcoming trends for your industry, communicate with your database at least once per week.

Make the time to make money.

Now.

So there.

Love from your Mad Scientist Diva,

Kim
