When you're growing a business, you often get caught up in the day to day grind, and stop thinking about ways to build your business.

With that in mind, I've pulled together some key questions that my clients always benefit from answering, and they inevitably go on to make more money!

That might not remove the need to find loans for women, or grants for women for that matter, but at least you could increase your sales and aim for a higher profit!

But remember, not only answer the questions, but ACTION the results!
1. What do your customers want?
2. Why do you use certain suppliers? What do they do for you that's different?
3. Have you asked your suppliers for a discount?
4. What systems do you have for generating more sales leads?
5. What systems do you have for converting more of those sales leads into customers?
6. What systems do you have for getting customers to buy from you more often?
7. What systems do you have for getting customers to buy additional products/services?
8. What systems do you have for getting customers to spend money on more expensive items?
9. What systems do you have for encouraging customers to recommend other people to you?
10. What systems do you have for converting customers into raving fans?
11. How can you make yours the most talked about business in the industry?
12. Who else can you form strategic alliances with in order to grow your sales?
13. Who else has contacts who needs what you sell? How can you make them a mutually beneficial offer that is too good to refuse?
14. What else can you do that none of your competitors are doing?
15. How can you make dealing with you distinctive and memorable? What paradigms can you smash?
16. How can you add more value to your customers than anyone else even dares to think about?
17. What systems do you have for testing new ideas in a meaningful way without “betting the business” – so that you can discover what works best?

Once you have answered these questions you can start to make a real difference to your business and make more money!

Re: We Have Another One... - Right after posting my last message I went to the online businesses section and noticed he had posted again since earlier. There are now 2 posts of his in there. At the time of writing this they are the top 2 posts in that section so they should be easy to find. I have also reported them both. I checked one of them and found many copies of it on different forums. One of them was the warrior forum and someone replied to it saying this... The Best Business Books Ever: The 100 Most Influential Business Books You'll Never Have Time to Read - this is a fascinating book about the history of Business theory, and I'd recommend it to anybody. 2. The Big Book of Small Business: You Don't Have to Run Your Business by the Seat of Your Pants, by Tom Gegax. Ditto. 3. PADI: The Business of Diving Book Okay, so this book won't be of use to anyone who doesn't want to start a scuba store, but I did, and this book was of course invaluable to me in reaching that goal.
