3 Powerful Processes for Creating Your Dreams Today

In order to manifest your dreams, you need to focus on your dreams. It's that simple - although not always easy to do in the midst of a busy life. These three simple AND easy to do processes will help you manifest your dreams in a powerful, joyful and effortless manner. It doesn't matter what your dreams may be, these processes work no matter what you desire. Remember, when you apply the Law of Attraction deliberately in your life it's as easy to create a castle as it is to create a button.

The FIRST process is Visualization. Simply imagine in your mind's eye what it will look like to actually live your dream. Picture yourself driving the car you want, living where you want, being with whom you want, looking, thinking, feeling and acting as you will when your dream becomes reality. It's fun and easy to do. Numerous studies have shown the effectiveness of visualization in healing and manifesting all sorts of wonderful things. So, get started by telling yourself the happily every after story for your life.

The SECOND process is Declaration. Once you have that vision in mind, shout it from the roof tops. The more you talk about your dreamas if it's definitely on it's way and already started showingup in your life, the faster and easier that dream really will become reality. So, share your vision. Talk about it the way you talk about what you will do on vacation once you've already booked your flight. Think of your dream as a "done deal" and talk about it as such. One caveat here, there are people in thisworld, perhaps even in your life, who will not support your dream- not because they don't think you deserve it, but because they think they don't (it's very complicated). All you really need to remember is that you only want to share your dream with people who will support you. I have found that talking to complete strangers can be a great way to get started as they have no preconceived ideas about your abilities and know nothing about your current situation. Try striking up a conversation with the person sitting next to you on a long train or plane ride.

The THIRD process is to Make Your Dream Real Now, even before the physical aspects of that dream have shown up. You accomplish this by identifyingthe emotional content of your dreams. Ask yourself why you want this particular dream. How willyou feelonce you have it? Really get clear on the what and why of the dream (don't worry about the how). Do you want more money so you can feel generous or luxurious? If yes, what are some ways you canexperience those feelings today? How can you be generous either with the money you have now or with your time, energy, love, etc? What can you do today that will give you a feeling of luxury? The more you can bring the emotional content of your dreams into today, the faster you will manifest the physical components of that dream. Plus, it's really fun to act "as if." It's like a dress rehearsal for your dream fulfillment.

The most important part of all of these processes is that you enjoy what you are doing and love thinking and talking about your dream. That positive energy is the most important ingredient in creation. Next week, we'll talk about how to marry action with all this inner work. Until then, have fun with these processes.
