Stop Being A Perfectionist

Many people pride themselves on being perfectionists however; this very attribute is one of the leading causes of procrastination. People often put off projects and goals because they are afraid that it won't be perfect. When you understand the Law of Attraction and are consciously allowing it to make a positive impact in your life, you will not have the time to make everything perfect right away. This is absolutely alright because the Universe likes speed and dotting every I and crossing every T will slow you down. This does not mean that you turn projects in haphazardly or sloppily put together presentations. On the contrary. This only implies that you start putting together your ideas as soon as you receive inspiration and than perfect it along the way. This principal applies not only to work related projects but also to housecleaning, future trips and activities that you are planning and any other thing that you want to accomplish in your life. The one warning that I will stress is to not have too many unfinished projects going on at once. This will only frustrate and overwhelm you. Instead, put ideas into motion and work on them while you are feeling good and inspired. When you get tired, move onto something else. Go back to the previous activity and work on it more improving it along the way. When you are finished with those two projects, start working on something else. You will find that you will accomplish a lot more and it will take less effort doing it this way.

Don't let perfectionism keep you from putting yourself out there. Just make the move and do something. The time will come to improve upon it later.

People who worry too much about making things perfect never end up accomplishing anything because the worry weakens their mind. Don't let this be you. This was me for a long time. Sometimes I would find myself feeling unable and even debilitated from worrying too much that the project I was working on was not going to be exactly the way I wanted. It resulted in my having a lot of unfinished projects and an unsatisfied feeling. Stop worrying. Focus on the positive and let God/The Universe work out the rest. None of us are perfect. We all make mistakes. Nothing is going to be exactly the way we want it the first time. Now that you understand this, take the load off of your chest and start moving forward. It will be okay. Don't be so hard on yourself. Don't let your over exaggerated expectations of yourself keep you from sharing your talents with the rest of us. Now give thanks because you are freed from this "illness" and go and do great things.

Re: New Idea...suggestions please Re: New Idea...suggestions please - People, it's easier than you think in some cases. Say you are replying to a question and you are about to refer to company ABC's website. Stop and explore their site for their affiliate program. If they have one, register and use your affiliate link in your post. If this takes time, you can post a regular link first, then come back and edit your reply by swapping for your affiliate link. If you post regularly, you'll soon have accounts at all the affiliate exchanges and you'll start getting money from your referrals. How about it?

Complacency and comfort can be death.
Re: Business Coaching Resources Re: Business Coaching Resources - You're fortunate when you can find a Business Coach who has experience beyond where you've been and even where you are going. When your budget is slim and even after, it's good to have a mentor. Several of various backgrounds are very useful. They can be teachers, professors, pastors, business people, family members, bosses and former bosses. You have to be clear on what you want and what you desire to achieve, be able to convey it as simply as possible. Stop and listen and don't over tax their time. You should always expect results whether from a Business Coach or Mentors. If you're not gtting results, you're either not focused or you need to upgrade the quality of your mentors/coaches. Always surround yourself by people smarter than you.
