Have you forgotten who you are

Do you feel that you, and other people, have forgotten who you really are? Do you feel you are just someone’s parent/partner/employee/sibling? Do you feel you are just another employee? Do you want to find your own identity again and boost your confidence?

No matter who you are and what you do, how successful, rich, recognized or revered your position, what would you like to do for you that you have never achieved, dared to think of, or hope for?

How would you answer the following questions?

Are you living your life on purpose?
Is life the way you would like it to be?
Are you full of ‘things’ but still feel empty?
What would really make you happy?

Would you like to discover your limiting thoughts and beliefs in a supportive environment? Suppose you could break down your barriers and boost your confidence and rediscover your inner self?
The first step is to break your old habits and thinking patterns that have prevented you from living your life to the full and realizing your potential. You need to create new habits, new patterns, new beliefs that will empower you and set you free!

It all begins with accepting and loving yourself just as you are. This is the key to your 'inner you' makeover; and ultimately the 'outer you' results will follow naturally! When you begin to feel great on the inside you will begin to ooze confidence. Material wealth, opportunities, your circumstances and health will begin to change and develop as the new inner happy you begins to become visible to everyone else!

Often the hectic pace of our everyday lives distracts us from listening to our inner voice, our intuition. It takes us away from thinking about what we would really like to do in our lives, the real stuff that makes us feel fulfilled, creatively inspired or happy. When this happens we feel out of control. Life loses its spark. We know something needs to change but we have no idea of how to even begin to achieve it.

One of the most common problems is that, even if you really wanted to make changes in your life, you don't know where to start. Your fears loom large, your self-belief is in shreds and you have forgotten what makes you happy because you haven't been happy for so long. You have become a shadow of whom you once were.

If you consider for a moment that your thinking patterns shape your destiny and if you don't believe you are deserving, if you don't think you are good enough, if you think you are too old, or you think you are not clever enough, if you think it's all over --- then, life will just carry on the way it is and nothing will change!

But, if you can begin to change the way that you see yourself and begin to think strong positive thoughts about your life, if you can begin to be grateful for the life you are living today and notice the abundance that surrounds you, everything can start to change for the better.

The very first step is learning to love yourself. Loving yourself is about being as gentle as you would be with a toddler who is growing and making mistakes as they learn, as gentle as you would be with a someone who looks in the mirror and doesn't like what he or she sees. Learning to love yourself is about re-educating the inner you to learn to stand up for the things that you intuitively know are right for you; it's about demanding the respect you deserve from everyone around you. Learning to love yourself is going to be tough to begin with, but with some practice each and every day you will become stronger and clearer about where you are going.

A journey of self -discovery is required. Loving yourself is so very powerful and effective. It will help you to develop healthy, balanced relationships, increase your confidence, and evolve a new you. You will probably need help to do this and a Life Coach specializing in self-esteem and confidence building will be able to do just this. Your coach will take you through all the steps to discover the new you. They will help you to let go of all the negative emotions keeping you tied to the past, to let go of perfection, to stop worrying, to take personal responsibility, to set personal boundaries and to accept yourself.

Re: Wordpress Blogs & Pinging... Beware!! Re: Wordpress Blogs & Pinging... Beware!! - Hi David, Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I tend to fiddle about a lot before publishing but I have occasionally gone back into a post after publication if I have forgotten to add a banner for instance. I must be careful of this in the future so I will check out that plugin and thanks again for sharing, regards, Mal.
Re: Does birth order influence the desire to start a business? Re: Does birth order influence the desire to start a business? - I would say that it does, I have forgotten where, but I read an article about how the younger siblings tend to be more out going, because during childhood they have to fight more for attention from parents. More outgoing people tend to ear more in my opinion.
Re: Moderators on vacation Re: Moderators on vacation - [quote:eco9kab2]Something I've noticed of late regarding spam (and maybe it's been going on a long time, but I've just become aware of it) is that some of the spammers are posting frivilous comments in old, forgotten forum threads, bringing them back to the top again.[/quote:eco9kab2] Yeah I've seen this happen in other forums I moderate too. It goes in cycles. Sometimes you won't see it for months and then all of the sudden you get a bunch every day.
I hate cold calling! I hate cold calling! - Hi Darryl, I hate cold calling. I always have and always will. What I found though was that the hardest part was picking up the phone and making the phone call. Once I had a prospect on the line there never seems to be any issue for me. Nowadays I tend to send a very brief email first asking for permission to contact them. I have never had someone take the time to email me to say 'no' and if they don't respond within a week chances are they have forgotten about the email anyway so I go ahead and call them.
Solutions to the Blog Solutions to the Blog - Now I'm curious - If it can be explained in a quick and easy fashion, then please share. I didn't have an answer there because it was blog related and I haven't seen too many of those problems just yet, in fact, I'm working around my blog slowly and carefully. I'm afraid if I dabble too much I'll get sucked into the void of 'wordpress error forums'. At least you can find answers there... I have some experience with dreamweaver for web design and I haven't forgotten the harsh learning curve. Lately, I just pay for the site to get developed and then take-over. Now that blogs are a big part of the internet landscape I have a taste for what I'm in for... more curve.
