Did you meet your sales goals through June?

Why not?

What are you doing right now to make sure

you will make your sales goal in the second

half of the year?

What is your plan?

Today, our mission is very simple - answer

these three simple questions. That is it.

1. Why not?

Why didn't you meet your sales goals?

Do you know why?

Do you have a way to measure what was

going on? Not just the number, but the number

and all the other things that create success in sales.

Leads.

Appointments.

Face to face meetings.

Networking.

Follow up.

Closing the deal.

Etc, etc, etc.

If you can't figure out why you didn't make

it, then how are you ever going to correct it? How

is then second half of 2011 going to be any different

from the first half. Have you ask yourself that

question and given an honest answer? Do it.

No, you cannot blame the economy.

No, you cannot blame anyone else.

No, you cannot blame anything but yourself.

If you didn't make the goals, take it on yourself,

suck it up and make it happen in the second half

of the year. Plain and simple.

Remember:

You set the goal.

You knew the playing field.

Now, determine what went wrong and fix it.

Was it you didn't follow the plan? Most times it is.

You spend time, effort and energy on a

plan, and then you didn't follow it. Now you are

wondering what went wrong. Da?

Today, not tomorrow or another day, today,

determine why you didn't make it.

2. What are you doing right now to make sure

you will make them the second half of the year?

Well, if you didn't make it and you know

why, what are you going to do about it?

How are you going to make sure than in the

second half of the year you do make it.

Doesn't matter if you like me or what I am saying.

Stop worrying about that and get to the meat.

What are you doing, starting today, to make

your numbers in the second half.

Do you really want to answer this same

question this same way at the end of the year?

Will you still have a business?

Will you still have a job?

The plan, if you didn't follow it in the first

half, do it now.

Today, not tomorrow or another day, today,

determine what you are going to do in the second

half of the year.

3. What is your plan?

Look over what you have created.

Make the changes you need to make.

Commit. Commit. Commit.

Each and every month, each and every week,

each and every day.

Follow the plan

Do what you said you would do.

Look, if you are not going to do it, then change

it now to something you will do.

It is that simple.

Great success comes from following the plan.

Do it.

Commit. Commit. Commit.

It is really that simple.

You might argue with me.

You might not like what I say.

But simple put, create a good plan, and follow it.

Simple fact is, even if the plan is not that good,

consistency in following it still usually works.

Now do it.

Re: Did you meet your goals in 2010? Re: Did you meet your goals in 2010? - Hey Yinka, I met some of my goals, but I didn't meet others. One of my goals was to get out of debt. I managed to do so, only to get back into debt due to an unforeseen circumstance. Business-wise, I didn't quite reach the goals I had; although, I came much closer than I did back in 2009. At least it was an improvement, and I expect to reach my goals for 2011. Best wishes for you, and I hope you can reach all the goals you set.
Did you meet your goals in 2010? Did you meet your goals in 2010? - I was far beow my goals of 2010. At the scale of 1 to 10, I am just 2. I don't want to say more than that. I have determined to meet all my goals in 2011.
The Half time of the year is over The Half time of the year is over - The recent FIFA confederation cup final was played with both sides doing their best to outwit one another. In the first half of the game USA team dropped two goals into the net of the Brazilian team. They went in to the locker room and when they came out; the Brazilian team came out and scored two goals to restore what they lost and finally the third goal to win the cup. June ended yesterday which was the first half of this year. I don’t know how many things you’ve lost during the first six months, but it is not yet over. You can go to the drawing board and look back on what you’ve lost and set your mind to play this game like the Brazilian team and win the next six months. I told somebody today about my plans of going to the drawing board and set goals for the next six months. Like the Brazilian team, I must first recoup what I believe was lost and also achieve the goals before me for the next six months. I must definitely win. You must act or else before you know it, we will be greeting each other Merry Xmas and there will be nothing to show for it. God is our strength and shield.

Re: How do you budget your life? Re: How do you budget your life? - Why Budget? Here are twelve good reasons: A budget is a guide that tells you whether you're going in the direction you want to be headed in financially. You may have goals and dreams but if you don't set up guidelines for reaching them and you don't measure your progress , you may end up going so far in the wrong direction you can never make it back. Can you imagine the government or a major corporation operating without a budget? No, and neither should you. A budget can help you meet your savings goals. It includes a mechanism for setting aside money for savings and investments... A budget helps your entire family focus on... A budget can keep you out of debt or help you get out of debt. A budget actually creates extra money for you to use on things that matter to you. A budget helps you sleep better at night because you don't lie awake worrying about how you're going to make ends meet.........................
