Do you have Attitude?

The young mother had cancer.

A few days left to live.

No hair left on her head.

Two small children to leave behind.

She was going to die any day now.

Yet she had what so many of us lack.

She had something that is available to all of us, yet time after time, we leave it laying on the street.

She had so little time, but wow, she still had it all.

Why?

Because she had that key element.

She had attitude.

Cancer had taken over her body – but it was never going to get her attitude.

Cancel had shortened her life, but it was never going to keep her from living.

She had no hair left, but she had more attitude in her little finger than most people will ever have in their entire life.

She had two small children, who she was going to leave with something more powerful than anything she could ever have possessed. She was leaving them with attitude.

She was going to die any day now, but her attitude would live on forever.

What about you?

When you hear that story, what does it do for you?

Does it make you say – that is great.

Or does it make you say – what is the matter with me.

I have so much and my attitude stinks.

The right attitude can move mountains.

The right attitude can get you great possessions.

The right attitude can help you earn great sums of money

The right attitude can help you get almost anything in the world you desire.

If your attitude is on target – nothing in life can ever stop you.

Viktor Frankl was a prisoner in the Nazi Camps of World War II.

His wife and children were killed.

He had all the reason in the world to crawl up in the corner and die.

But he did not.

He did not because he still had one thing.

The one thing the Nazi's could not take from him, his attitude.

The one thing no one can take from you or I, is our attitude.

Yet, we surrender it so easily.

We allow the world take our attitude and thus we allow the world

to control us.

Stop.

So you lost your job – if you still have your attitude you will find another.

So your business when in the hole – if you did not allow it to take your attitude – you are still unstoppable.

So you are financially broke and in trouble – if you still have your attitude – you will not only survive, you will make it big.

Now what?

You see, if we lose our attitude, we are done.

If we lose everything but our attitude – we are still unstoppable and can do anything we desire.

This week, let's get it together and lets get our attitude in gear.

Attitude drives our success.

Are we going to be successful or not.

If we get our attitude in line, then nothing, nothing is every going to stop us.

The world is ours.

Are we ready?

Attitude created Disneyworld.

Attitude created Microsoft.

Attitude created Apple Computer.

Your attitude can create anything you want – what are you going to do about it?

Re: What to do at the first roadblock? Re: What to do at the first roadblock? - Upon first discouragement, dig in and see if things are as they seem. Sometimes, even though there are several products out there that appear comparable, they are no match. Maybe they do don't a good job of what they are intended for, or maybe there are several glitches in their system, or perhaps their customer service just plain stinks. Decide how you can "one up" all of these things and decide that you are going to create a better product that more people would want. Attitude is 95% of the battle. If you feel defeated before you've done any research on any of the other products, you're doing yourself a huge disservice. Give yourself a chance and see if you can be the BEST in every way. This will get you far no matter what the venture.

Re: Stay positive! - Great theme My favorite book the ageless "Power of Positive Thinking" and I do not read many of these Motivational Books, Attitude is everything - a positive one is ore likely to bring positive results According to my Pisces horoscope - I am told that by my birth I am to be moody. We all have those bad days, but even though moody by nature, I tried to keep those days down to 4 or 5 a year - not bad for a Pisces Hang with the positives, lose the negatives
Re: Who hates cold calling? Re: Who hates cold calling? - About 15 years ago I worked for this sales company that used to sell anything from Kitchen Knives to Dry Cell Torches. The owner was a very motivating guy and he would ask us to get to the office by 7.00AM and we could sing and dance for an hour before we went to sell the products in the streets, stopping anyone and telling them our products were on discount. We used to sell snow to Eskimos, why were we able to do that? because of PMA (Positive Mental Attitude). The key to cold calling is like beauty, in eyes of the beholder. If you have no PMA, you cannot sell. Remember the law of average that states that if you went to a dance and every girl or guy you approached for a dance decline your proposal. What do you do? Do you stop? If you have a PMA, you continue until you get one person who agree to dance with you despite how ugly you look, that is is PMA and that is the power of cold calling.
