Aligning With Your Prosperity
I like to do the gratitude exercise before I go to sleep as well. It reminds me of the things that happened during my day that I am appreciative of. If there were things that occurred that I was unhappy about, gratitude allows me to shift my focus on what I enjoyed. In this way, I will be attracting more of what I desire into my future.
2. Choose several actions to do every day that reflect what you really want to do. In fact the greater number of activities you choose that you enjoy, the better will be your feeling state. So be sure that your activities resonate with you in an inspiring and joyful way. Honor yourself. As you do this each day, you increase the sense of love for yourself and build up your personal empowerment. While the creativity and fun flows, so will your alignment with abundance and true well-being.
3. If necessary, shift to a better feeling. It takes practice and patient awareness. It is not always possible to switch from anxiety and worry, for example, to joy.
When you are aware of a feeling of worry, consciously shift your thoughts and feelings to a better feeling, such as trust, hope, or expectation of prosperity to come. Practicing "feeling good" or “feeling better" should be a top priority for your life.
4. Meditation. 5-10 minutes or longer each day brings serenity to your mind and to your emotions. Close your eyes, inhale and then exhale 3 times. Focus on your heart center and with your connection to Source.
Allow thoughts to come and go without resisting. Stay focused on your love
for God, your appreciation, and your joy.
Why is this practice so essential? Each time you are connected to Source you are aligned with unlimited love, potential, wisdom and abundance. Allowing your mind to be in a state of peace, enables you to experience the truth of your Soul. You also increase your power of attraction each time you meditate in this manner.
