Recommendations for Reducing Stress

• Make a list of stress triggers and learn how to recognize them. Consciously try and recognize them and learn to relax in these situations
• Always be careful to be cheerful
• When feeling stressed, try to relax by slowing down the thoughts, breathe in peace….breath out stress….
• Take regular 10 mins break from work – Set up your calendar to remind you!
• Reduce tension by allowing yourself more leisure time. Become more active by going for walks or taking up a hobby or getting involved in a sport
• Talk soft sweet and less. Avoid gossiping and criticizing others
• Learn to enjoy your own company by talking positively to the self. I am a wonderful person, I can change my self and make my life a success
• Choose cheerful and optimistic friends who will help you think positively
• Always strive to improve the self, blaming others for your troubles is like arguing with the person in the bathroom mirror
