How is your self esteem doing today?

In this article, I am going to share with you some of my top simple tips for raising your self esteem. If you think you haven't got the time or maybe you believe you are too busy, then think again! Many of these will only take a few minutes of your time or can be done when you are in the shower or perhaps brushing your teeth each morning. Remember, surely you are worth a few minutes of your own time?

Lisa's Top Ten tips for increasing your Self Esteem:

Remember, we are all capable of increasing our self esteem with just a little bit of effort. You will also start to take more risks and be less concerned with making a fool of yourself or failing. One of the additional benefits of increased self esteem is being less concerned about what others think of you or seeking approval from others. Most importantly is the fact that you will feel far more comfortable in your own skin and feel at peace with the wonderful person you really are.

Re: Some motivation when the going gets rough Re: Some motivation when the going gets rough - Hi There, How about this, here are the ten top questions to ask yourself every day: 1. "Who do I need to say "I love you" to today?" 2. "What will I do today to insure I remain at the highest level of health possible, now and in the future?" 3. "What am I most grateful for right now?" 4. "What 3 actions must I take today to meet my daily, weekly, monthly, annual, ten year and life long goals? 5. "Who needs to hear from me today?" 6. "What new things will I learn today?" 7. "Whose life can I influence for good today?" 8. "What am I doing today to generate an above average income?" 9. "What am I doing today to create an eternal legacy?" 10. "What is happening today that will be so important that I must record it in my journal?" I have seen this somewhere and I tweaked it a little. In order we are able to say: "Never give up!" , one has need to start something. Be blessed
