Play The Letter Game. What Type Of "E" Are You?

I'll bet that you never thought of yourself as a letter. Let your imagination run wild and think of yourself asthe letter "E"?

Here, I'll help you. For example are you number one or number two...

Number One - Are you the kind of "E" that gives 110% Effort, Energy and Enthusiasm?

OR are ya...

Number Two - are you the kind of "E" that is laden with Excuses?

People who become the "E" in example Number One are the kind that can be counted on to get the job done time after time. They may not always have as much talent as the next guy or gal, but because of their "CAN DO" attitude they will find a solution to the problem. Theywill win everytime, while others will fail.

People who become the "E" in example Number Two are those who can always find the time to place the blame for their failure somewhere else or on someone. These people are what I also call the "should-a, could-a, would-a" types. They also tend to have big "BUTS"...

"I should-a been first in the competition, 'BUT' the judges were against me" - (it was probably your lack of preparation and practice)

"I could-a lost weight, 'BUT' my friends eat out all the time" - (it was becauseyou never followed through on the nutrition plan that has sitting been onyour kitchen table for the past two months)

"I would-a been on time, 'BUT' - (it was because you did not plan sufficiently)

Ask yourself what it is you are not getting done. Look at the excuses you make and you will clearly see why you fail, while the ones that put forth effort, energy and enthusiasm are successful.

Willing to Fail Your Way to Success Willing to Fail Your Way to Success - Entrepreneurs in my opinion, must be willing to fail. (This is that risk-taking factor quoted in the other post). If you aren't willing to fail then you don't take risks and if you don't take risks you do I like to call (I am qouting an awesome book called Play to Win!) 'Playing Not to Lose' instead of 'Playing to Win'. When you Play to Win you must risks. Risks are how you build a business and innovate.

Re: I will be away Re: I will be away - Hi Guys Thanks for the good wishes. I had a really relaxing time and as soon as I get caught up will upload some pictures of the Big Game we saw on some of the drives. No lion GT as these parks are privately owned and they don't want predators who will eat the herbivores that they have paid a lot of money for . Saw some elephant though and rhino which was great. Re: Gap Between Rich and Poor Widens Re: Gap Between Rich and Poor Widens - THX GT Bulmer for your view. What was on my mind are the S.S. statistics; that 95% of the population end up with only a S.S. check by the time they're/we're 65. That's pityful in comparison to some of todays teens earning millions. Type "teen millionaires" in a search engine. I do believe that most of us squander 99%-99.99% of our God-given 'talents.' God Bless all.
