Are the Holiday's Getting Greener?
Lets look at the Economic and Environment for Holiday season. Yes in many areas the seasons are greener why well for the most part like where I live there defiantly has been a change and the bad weather is not like it used to be. This in itself can be good the cost of fuel is up so if the weather is not so bad it helps Economically. How ever the Environmental aspect is not good it tells us one thing Yes global warming is here to stay.
Now lets look at how we can help. Making a Greener Holidays Season can be good for all and in this economically challenged year it can also be profitable. I will show you what I will do but get back to me I need fresh ideas and as I noted in a earlier article You are never to old to Learn!
I am personally going to open up a Green Christmas shopping site and portal for 2008 in conjunction with my current business Investment Property Builders website. We are devoted to make changes in the Economy and the Environment using the web and word of mouth. The website is introducing New products and New Ideas on the how everyday people can get back into the Distressed Real Estate market and at the same time implement environmentally Friendly products to offset the high costs of todays energy. With new programs, Tax credits , discounted property, lower cost alternative energy products and a need to create new sources of income these programs we introduce will have a large affect on how we now look at things in the coming years.
We now need help from all and to ensure this we will be opening a Special Green Holiday Portion on are site. All ads will be for environmentally friendly products Links will be Free Banners we will post but ask for a small donation to cover costs. This is more to Help ALL in these troubled times and we want to get the word out about people and products that will help stimulate some cash relief at a reasonable price.

- Best months for my business are historically March/April/May & August/Sept/Oct
Worst months: December/January (Holidays) & June/July (Vacations)
I see our traffic go way up during the good months and way down during the bad months. Very cyclic.
Keep in mind, my clients buy businesses and no one thinks of doing that during the holiday or during vacation.
