Buying anything at a Discount in a Bad Economy

Yes this is a Great time to be buying anything you want at a Discount not just the Real Estate that you hear about everyday. In fact those Real Estate deals should be entered into Very Carefully we have a website and company devote to that Investment Property Builder's visit there and learn this is more about buying anything at a discount. The first people to always sell stuff Cheap is our government here is that web again http://gsaauctions.gov/gsaauctions/gsaauctions/ use it Free you paid for it in fact you paid for most everything on that site except things seized! Please always remember never pay for information about the government unless you pay them for it there are no private company's with exclusive rights even though there are 20 million web sites that will tell you so and try selling this FREE Info. Plus always look for the .gov that is their permanent address not to be used by the public for sale purposes.
Now lets look at some simple Free ways to find discounts it all starts here the Internet. Yes the easiest way is search Google Yahoo MSN and others and remember all will have some different advertisers so check all. Go to search type in what you may be looking for lets say discounted items then add word FREE best to be very definite or you will be there forever. To get the best deals stay away from places like Ebay or sites with lots of ads remember these sites are great to find things but they make their cash from the amount of the sale so naturally prices like Rea Estate got are inflated. Look for small ads websites with things like personal property for sale see this is a more one on one basis and will give you the best for your cash they need it and for the most part have listed with a free service because they need cash and thats you!
OK enough on the net lets get into the real nuts and bolts of how to do this its simple for the most part Free just takes some of your time. Well you and all say time is money well you should not be doing this when you could be doing other things that do make you cash unless you plan on making this a living which some will but save those thoughts for another article. First word of mouth yes tell friends and neighbors your are looking to spend some cash on discounted items Good Stuff not someones junk back to Ebay again get it? You are going to be amazed what you find who has it and the prices well there is no middle man no advertising costs and No mark up Inflated Prices GREED this is what got us in the mess we are in today so steer clear of those things. Try this way you between the net and this just might get the results you want.
Now some other ways to find that Good Stuff at the right price or maybe FREE Yes Free! Run a small ad in your local paper like wanted at reasonable price in that ad you can also include anything you have to sell get two things done. Reason why this is one of my favorite ways is People still buy and read the local paper on a daily basis its fact and will probably never change and its the cheapest way out there besides free on net but has a whole different group of people looking. Now another real important reason for this is simple you will be buying from someone near where you live maybe sold as is but you still could have some recourse if needed. So run that ad! Some other good ways but not used as much are TV and Radio radio is good local stations usually have a classified program TV well if you know of a local program Stay away fro the infomercial deals they cost they are worth nothing and you are trying to make it not spend it.
Now lets go Thur some conclusions that will help you with your discounted items:
Government, Word of mouth, News Groups papers, TV Radio All great places and you really don't have to leave home Oh No Almost forgot a big one but this does cost its called drive around yes fuel is expensive but you would be amazed at whats out there on the side of the road or in someones front yard and some of this stuff people will get rid of for little to Nothing yes free sometimes just to get rid of it. Yard and garage Sales again you have to drive but you can find deals and sometimes fortunes have been found in what someone sold as junk! Another is resale shops but these sometimes can get expensive stay with ones like GoodWill. All said I hope you can spend some time now with this and make some cash anything these days Helps Thanks!

Re: Why Some Websites Sell and Others Don’t? Re: Why Some Websites Sell and Others Don’t? - There is myth that if you build websites people will come. It is never through, you need to do a lot of things to make your website to work. You have many models of attracting traffics to your site. PPC Article Marketing SEO Press Release Banner Ads Forum Posting Classified Advertising Media Buying Solo Ads and a lot of more. If you are not doing any of the above your websites will just be one of the millions of the unknown sites in cyber space
building a list building a list - Good advice Martin... I've traveled down this path and learned that once you get through that brief learning curve, you'll find that it's well worth it. As you build your highly targeted list, you can trickle in your new offerings over time via 'broadcasts'. I use Aweber too, they have excellent support and a great rep. Buying a list? I'm not so sure about that... You'd really have to do some research to find a quality list service. Whether you buy a list or not, I still think setting up a auto-responder should be a priority, your list will GROW.
Ways To Improve Your Alexa Ranking 11-15 Ways To Improve Your Alexa Ranking 11-15 - 11. Create a webmaster tools section on your website. This is a magnet for webmasters who will often revisit your website to gain access to the tools. Aaron Wall’s webpage on SEOTools is a very good example. 12. Get Dugg or Stumbled. This usually brings massive numbers of visitors to your website and the sheer amount will have a positive impact on your Alexa Rank. Naturally, you’ll need to develop link worthy material. 13. Use PayperClick Campaigns. Buying advertisements on search engines such as Google or Exact Seek will help bring in Traffic. Doubly useful when your ad is highly relevant to webmasters. 14. Create an Alexa category on your blog and use it to include any articles or news about Alexa. This acts as an easily accessible resource for webmasters or casual search visitors while helping you rank in the search engines. 15. Optimize your popular posts. Got a popular post that consistently receives traffic from the search engines? Include a widget/graph at the bottom of the post, link to your Alexa post or use Alexa redirection on your internal URLs.
Getting links from the giants Getting links from the giants - Hi Kevin - it's simple - what do you have to offer them? What kind of compelling reason can you give them to link to you? According to my Google Webmaster Central Tools I have a total of 15,937 links to my site. 4,523 of them go to my homepage while the remaining 11,414 go to various pages on my site. My last sitemap indicated that I have 34,789 pages of content on my website so, excluding the homepage, I have about one link for every three pages of content. I think it’s important to also note that I don’t do any link buying and never tell people what anchor text to use when they link to me. I always suggest that they use whatever text they feel best describes the page they are linking to on my site (if everyone links to you with the same anchor text you can get penalized from Google). Having great content is one way to build links but usually you also need to take an active approach to marketing yourself. Can you build a section on your shoe site along the lines of "The Tennis Player's Ultimate Guide To Buying Shoes" where you talk about all the different considerations someone needs to make before buying shoes - and then at the end recommend Nike? In return Nike links to the site because it's a 3rd party endorsement of their products. Many big companies have News sections on their sites and always love showing off good news - you just need to find a way to give them something worth showing off!
