In our Quest to Fix a Mess

The concept simple getting it in force is for now Blowing in the Wind! Most foreclosures go for way below market price like enough to add some goodies get the picture? If the government indeed is going to take over this MESS lets make it worth every ones buck that they did not plan to spend! Guess what it could become very cost effective WHY? Well how many distressed properties can you find just look in paper ads every where. Now if each property in order to get a Uncle Sam Bail Out Property had to have some type of alternative energy installed before sale Plus the tax credits already in effect end cost to new owner $0 Plus Free energy!!! We end up paying for the bail outs why not make it profitable and maybe law to install alternative energy if property does not sell its energy can be sold back to local utilities to offset at least part of the cost .My idea was developed just by looking at things in a large scope just like Boon Pickens The more power we produce the less it costs and our dependency is also lost in the Wind. I am presently trying to put together a bankrupt subdivision and to take some of the burden off a very bad market my idea is to incorporate major alternative energy systems to first Save and Pay for energy Second this is where the nice part comes in when finished and operating should develop enough extra to sell back to local utility's and hopefully offset tax's. Now in this very distressed Real Estate market how fast at local area market value do you think it would take to sell Homes that might just have No Energy costs and Low or No Property Tax? Do the math its real simple!

Re: how do I get started with Wordpress blog? - [quote="christew":39gpwahc] If you put it off you risk: - weakening your brand as your site name will change when you do finally move to your own domain. - forfeit full control of your site and content while not on your own domain. Its rare but hosted wordpress platforms have been known to delete or lose content. - Mess up search engine rankings when you finally do the domain switch. If your site is busy this can represent thousands in lost revenue.[/quote:39gpwahc] I think the problem is not buying a domain and hosting but setting up the site with the chosen design on Wordpress. I think she needs to outsource the process because cannot handle this by herself and this costs more than $20.
