Now got some extra cash like about $150 depending on State well Create a Corporation preferably a LLC cheap simple only one annual report You are now in business Legally with your name your idea by the way always make sure your business does not infringe on someones idea already out there or you can be sued!!! You do not need a lawyer or one of those special programs to do it for you just go to the state website where you live and pick form a business they even will have a link to get a FIN number which is a tax number for your business just like your social security is for you. This is the Joy of becoming a independent business owner has nothing to do with your personal life unless you want it to this is called separating you from your business and for the most part you after about 2 years will never have to be personally responsible for financial aspects of that business. Now again let me remind you if you want your idea to get going asap you will be held personally responsible for the company and its actions. We for now are trying to make this just away for a idea across to others but at the same time get that idea into a business structure if nothing else for later projects.
