Respect is the main aspect to life and business

In the past few weeks we all should of learned a good lesson in what it takes to lose or gain in business or just in life in general. This one little word tells all its called Respect! How much does the American public have lately after seeing what others with little or no respect for our economy have done to create the biggest Mess in our history. If a company like AIG had some of this they would not even of thought to take that $400 thousand dollar vacation after we bailed them out it just shows one thing lack of respect.
If you have respect for others it shows you have it for yourself! It is the simplest way to prove yourself to others not just about you but about your business ethics and ethics is respect. Treat people the way you want to be treated remember growing up your parents always said how would you like someone to treat you like that and how respect for others was always a part of schooling usually had a place of its own on a report card. Well the reason is simple common sense you were taught it because it is one of the most important things to everyday life and business. Just like the old saying customers are always right well maybe they are not but we always should treat them as they are WHY? Its called Respect!
I as many am a struggling business owner but no matter how bad it gets my customers are first place. I need them to sustain my business and keep my personal self esteem in order! The fact that I think that way usually results in them thinking like that of me and if nothing monetary comes of it it just plain old makes you feel good.
If you are a person that has some of these characteristics please feel free to drop by our website listed in bio and help our cause. Thanks

Respect?!? Respect?!? - Hi there, A successful business depends on ongoing series of transactions. This inlvolves people. To what extend is respect important? When one thinks of himself alone, like me, me and me, how can respect become real? How many types of respect can we come up with? I think of a few: Respect of disagreement can be one. Then there is Respect of the Customer. Respect of position. Respect of 'Older Person'. By the same token, Respect of the 'Younger ones'. etc..... Has anybody got any other ideas on this subject. Re: How Can I Make Money Out of This Need? Re: How Can I Make Money Out of This Need? - I love the concept of the Good Samaritan aspect. How about creating a report about Finding Money You Never Knew you Had, packaging it and promoting, selling it for $10 and this insurance aspect is the crowning jewel.... oo - lets drill this out Barb....I think this would be a good idea - but you will have to be very very careful. keep in mind all the internet scam going on.... an email that told me I was due..$$ would freak me out
Re: Is being too connected pushing your business forward or back Re: Is being too connected pushing your business forward or back - Being too connected can push you back. A few weeks ago my wife gave me a blackberry. It can be a distraction. Top performers are good at sorting out priorities. Respect your time and your prospects will too. Try to end every call with your prospect wanting more.
Re: Is A Business Plan A Waste Of Time? Re: Is A Business Plan A Waste Of Time? - A business plan is an essential park of the start-up process, how would you know if the business idea will work if you haven't planned out every aspect of it, things like competitors, budget etc.
