The words "Born Entrepreneur" were meant to BE for this Canadian lifestyle writer, journalist, and professional translator. Early on, Marie-Piere realized she just loved all forms of media and studied communications, marketing, translation and finance in the hopes of one day running her own business. She spent years in the fast-paced world of business, events, radio and TV, until health issues threatened to derail her cherished goals so she turned to writing by launching 5 Star Communications(www.5starcom.ca and blog) with a growing international client base. Lifestyle and life balance are what she loves to write about most, by interviewing others and conducting research. Personal inspiration came from Oprah Winfrey, Tony Robbins, Les Brown and W. Mitchell, to name a few role models. A published freelance writer with national magazine columns and newspaper articles, she is now working on her fist book with friend Dr. Cheryl Cooper, on how to strive for a new definition of success as a team in all spheres of life, equipped with a special formula and an attitude of gratitude. Today she lives in Chelsea, Quebec, Canada, with her husband and Labrador retriever.
