Goodbye confusion!

Confusion can range from not knowing one’s life purpose and wanting “something more”. To being frustrated with feeling stuck (stuck in a job, stuck in a rut, stuck in a situation). To not knowing what to do about something. And, I’m certain I’ve left out a ton more things to be confused about.

This article will demonstrate a sure and simple method to alleviate any personal confusion. And, I promise to not confuse you!

Every day,you face choices that you must make. Every day you have the opportunity to choose or not to choose. At every moment you have to make choices.

The choices I’m speaking about are the ones that cause you confusion. The ones that seem difficult to make. The ones that have few options (quit my job or not, stay in a relationship or leave, move or stay). And, when the choices involve money, taking risks and doing things that will impact other areas of life, the choices become hairier.

What I know for sure about choices is this. We are a culture of over thinkers.

Here’s what I mean. I was in a discussion with someone about moving. She’s been sitting on the fence with the idea for a while now.

When I asked her what she wanted to do, she told me she was flip flopping on the idea and was unsure. She said there were a lot of things to consider – finding jobs, finding a new home that was within her budget. She didn’t think her husband was a 100% on board and that was a concern.

I then asked her why she wanted to move. Her answers were better weather, different quality of life, close to the ocean, really needing a change…

When she answered my questions, she was pensive and contemplative. Her eyes wandered as she spoke. Her arms reached about side to side. She talked and talked and talked. She had been through these questions over a millions time in her head. She was confused.

I then asked her the million dollar question: “what does your HEART want?”

After a moment of having her sink down into her body, and out of her head she came outwith a surprising response. In her relaxed, calm voice, her reply was that it had nothing to do with moving and that she simply doesn’t want to stay in her current inner struggles. The issues with her current struggles were needing the change. Not her address.

We then went on to discuss those.

The simple point about this is that most people often spend so much time preoccupied with the pros and cons of something that they stay stuck and confused. Have you ever mulled over something? Often times it’s the same “smart” conversation over and over in our heads. Many times the confused state has something underlying it which may not have anything to do with what you think you’re confused about.

When I’ve attempted to think “smart”, to make decisions based on trends or ‘best decisions’ without running them through the filter of ‘What does my heart have to say about this’, I ended up back in the same place, with no REAL success.

When I’ve asked my heart for its take on things, I’ve seen transformations that transcended my wildest dreams and imaginations.

Many of you have seen the testimonials of that, once you got answers from your heart. The results that have happened as a result of some clients working with me have been nothing but amazing. Sometimes, almost miraculous. Confusion is cleared. The answers are clear, but not always easy.

YOU’RE ASSIGNMENT:

So, the next time you find yourself going back and forth about something. Catch yourself. STOP THINKING. Instead take a few deep breaths. Sink down into your body and simply ask “what does my heart want?” or “what does my heart know about this?”

Take a moment to hear the answer.

I have yet to talk to anyone who doesn’t know what they truly want – even though they say they don’t know. They simply need to ask the right question to the right organ.

And, if you still find yourself hearing “I don’t know”. Leave the question for a while and come back to it in time. The answer will be there. I promise. No more confusion.

If you’re not sure how to sink down and feel into your heart or other parts of your body – don’t worry, you wouldn’t be the first! I’d be happy to walk you through some exercises to attune you to your body’s messages.

Re: Highly Informative Free SEO Tools Re: Highly Informative Free SEO Tools - Thank you very much. I just want to point out though that since no one exactly knows the search engine algorithms some (but by no means all) tools must be taken with a grain of salt. Tools that count links etc. are very helpful because they are what they are and as long as they work there is no room for confusion. I am checking all of these links out thanks again for the advice!
Business Coaches Business Coaches - Hi Martin - there seems to be a lot of confusion around business coaches - who they are, what they offer - and how to identify the good ones. So many people have jumped on board the business coaching train that it's often hard to differentiate between the excellent and the bad. Hopefully the resource will help the experts stand out! Thanks for your great participation in the forums!
Re: Sales with no start up fees. Re: Sales with no start up fees. - My bad. We have two different things we are "selling" and I sometimes I forget which gear I'm in. Our only advertising that we've done to get resellers is to talk to present resellers of billing software for chiropractors. We've been pretty successful but would like to see reps in NY, CA, AZ, PA, TX and FL. Sorry for the confusion.
You Canadians Are Tough !! You Canadians Are Tough !! - To Evan and GT, (also to any other canadian members) Just noticed a news flash that the poor folks who live in Hendricksons Creek are currently enduring temperatures of -41. The other day I watched a brilliant program by David Attenborough about the confusion being felt by various animals at the North Pole, particularly Penquins and Polar Bears because their feeding habits and survival are being affected because it's not cold enough where they are, what's going on !! rrrrrrrrrrrrrrregards, Mal.
