Stuck In a Rut? - An Ounce of Action is Worth a Ton of Theory!

Are you sick and tired of feeling stuck in a rut? Has the pain of your current situation become unbearable for you? Feeling stuck in a rut is a symptom of fear. Fear is a disease the debilitates you. It keeps your greatness held hostage and changes you from a goal setting, goal attaining machine into a spectator in the game of life. It doesn't have to be like this. I feel your pain. I was just like you. Fear had me it its vice like grip, and the harder I struggled the tighter the grip became. I spent more time than I would like to admit stuck in my own personal rut. I spent so long there that it became a "home from home," I found myself becoming comfortable in my rut. Something had to change. I couldn't go on like that. The pain of my current situation became unbearable to me. I decided to take action. Action is the key that will open any door. There are too many theorists who talk about how to get out of a rut, when they have never found themselves in one. I have been there and I am telling you with 100% honesty that an ounce of action is worth a ton of theory. If you want to get out of your rut then you need to take action. You can theorise till you are blue in the face, that will not get you out of your rut, in fact it has the opposite effect. You spend so long theorising which technique will be best to get you out of your rut that you become overwhelmed by all the choices and can't decide what to do for the best. It is the feeling of being overwhelmed that got you feeling stuck in a rut in the first place. Take action. Imagine a supremely confident version of yourself, a supremely confident “unstuck” version of yourself. What is the very first thing that you would tell your overwhelmed and fearful, “stuck “ self to do to get “unstuck?” Once you have listened to the advice of your supremely confident “unstuck” self, you simply follow your own advice and get yourself unstuck. Whenever you are stuck you simply look to the supremely confident you that is locked away deep inside you for the answers to your problems. All the answers to the problems that you are facing are locked away inside you, they are hiding within the supremely confident you. If you listen to the supremely confident you instead of the overwhelmed and fearful you, then you can get yourself unstuck and get back into the groove of life.

Advertisement that sales Advertisement that sales - Plan your marketing programme. It should include commitment to capital resources. If you run a small business, you aren't likely to have a generous enough advertising budget that will allow you to run costly branding or campaign ads. Every advertisement you run must convey to your prospect a solid offer and attractive reasons to act quickly, and result in increased sales and an enhanced image of your company. Good advertising always pays its own way through increased sales and profits, improved cost-effectiveness, reduced selling costs and shortened selling cycles. A useful formula that will help you increase the effectiveness of your advertising efforts is A-I-D-A, which stands for Attention, Interest, Desire and Action. When creating an advertisement, always remind yourself that it should: (1) capture your prospects' Attention, (2) arouse their Interest in your offer, (3) create their Desire for your product or service, and (4) provide a powerful spur to Action, that is, turn your prospect into buyers. Remember, bad advertising is an unproductive expense, and good advertising is an investment in future profits!
Re: Watch What you Read Re: Watch What you Read - I agree. i believe more video's should be like Jeffery Gitomers video's under his Sales rant. They are typically not more than 3 minutes. His model seems to be; 1. Main Message (or Point) 2. Example 3. Next steps to put it into Action take away the extra "blabber" and you've got viewers that will come back.
Re: Best Internet Marketing Strategies Re: Best Internet Marketing Strategies - I think the number 1 strategy to succeed is to "Take Action". Too many start and never follow through. Get caught up in the stomach moment (having a feeling of making 1,000's and seeing others do it, but you not doing anything to achieve). To make it easier on others, you need to have a game plan as well. How much work you will put in daily, how much it will cost, what the average conversions are, how much traffic you will need, your advertising sources, and others, but just a plan.
Re: Is Twitter really worth $1 Billion? Re: Is Twitter really worth $1 Billion? - Worth $1 Billion? LMFAO! NOPE! NO WAY! ABSOLUTELY NOT! Twitter is basically worthless as far true value is concerned. It's a site where people either update what they are doing right now (which means nothing) or they spam their products and services to each other (which nobody ever buys). I honestly don't see its huge popularity lasting much longer because people are going to lose interest soon enough. Not to mention it is well-known that it doesn't make any money as it is. Same with all the others, they haven't figured out how to make any real money from them so I really don't see how the hell they can be worth so much (except maybe facebook)! If they have someone who wants to buy it for $1billion they better sell right now because they sure as hell won't ever make that much from it by keeping it themselves. Just my 2 cents on the topic.
