What have you been dreaming about over the years?

When you have many goals and dreams and you want to be better equipped to make them reality, you need to summon your passion. Passion is one of the most potent motivators when it comes to cranking up your desire to succeed. It's crucial to understand the direct relationship between the fuel of your passion and real success. The relationship really only exists if you have been honest with yourself about whether you really want your goal or dream to materialize. You have to want it-desperately!

In golf, you quickly learn to play the best shot, the shot that's needed, and not the one you may want to play. You play smart. You play the correct shot even if you feel like going for the risky or low-percentage shot. You lay-up (to hit a shorter shot than you are capable of in order to avoid a hazard or to position the ball in a certain spot) if you need to, stay out of trouble, and avoid adding unnecessary strokes to your score.

In life, this compares to staying the course even when you may be tempted to stray off in another direction. You play smart and focus on your final target of success. You find your passion and use it to cultivate and fuel the staying power needed to reach your ultimate goal or dream.

Lorii Myers is an empowered employee turned entrepreneur. Her three decades of business experience include a wide variety of career challenges: business manager, controller, senior manager, and business owner. She believes that you should aspire to learn from those who inspire you and therefore she was careful to choose her early employment opportunities well. Myers left the security of employment to fulfill her own sense of entrepreneurial flair in her early thirties. Because of her personal quest to explore every opportunity, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this book. Re: Kevin. What happened to all others moderators? Re: Kevin. What happened to all others moderators? - Thanks Kevin for your reply, I will be fulfilling my obligation of a moderator from now on. I was going through some rough times in the past months, that was why I was not consistent. Thank God the rough times is gone and i am back. Tough times never last but tough people last.

Re: Make millions with this software Re: Make millions with this software - Hi ideasprosperity, Very good post. It is a real challenge. I think we all can benefit doing a '30 day challenge', especially as we face so much distraction. One thing I learned from a Internet marketer, do not read the emails several times a day. It results in responding and consequently wastes the time. Just one point I will raise, life can get in the way. Discipline is very important factor to keep going on without getting sidetracked. We benefit by being on course like Mike Dillard suggested: Make a list the night before for the following day. It is good to read the previous post several times so that it will sink in to make a difference. Be encouraged
Re: If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you. Re: If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you. - Very true, we grow during times of adversity and this is how we learn. Without a challenge nothing changes. MichelleJ
Right Idea - Wrong Person Right Idea - Wrong Person - There have been times when a person has a feasible idea, but because of time, money, experience, expertise, ability and much more - they aren't qualified to make the idea succeed. That's a great reason to bring someone else into the deal with you or to find a consultant etc with the ability to bring the idea to fruition. I've done this for some people. They had the idea, the place and the money but didn't know how to pull it all together and to make money. Shri
