If your organization is not achieving what you set out to for the year, one or more of the pieces of right action is missing.

Taking RIGHT ACTION consistently throughout your organization is essential for the success that you want and equals Efficiency and Effectiveness.

EFFICIENCY-the RIGHT PEOPLE acting in the RIGHT WAY at the RIGHT TIME

and

EFFECTIVENESS-doing the RIGHT THINGS for the RIGHT REASONS

Keep this in mind No matter how efficiently you do things, if they are the wrong things, or for the wrong reasons, you have no chance at succeeding!

RIGHT ACTION is whatever “works” for you (i.e. produces the desired results) If the definition of Leadership is the ability to produce results, than you and your leaders MUST have the ability to see and take RIGHT ACTION. When everyone in your organization is consistently taking RIGHT ACTION (known as Alignment- a core discipline of top performing enterprises) than everyone by definition is a leader.

So, make sure that you ask yourself: “What does RIGHT ACTION look like?” when you are faced with a challenge, looking at opportunities, or need to make a decision.

RIGHT ACTION is always there. Sometimes you just can’t see it right away. The reason for not seeing it could be lack of an inspiring vision, goals, and/or priorities.

Taking RIGHT ACTION throughout your organization will be critical to achieving the success you want during the remaining 11 week sprint to the end of 2013 which starts on Monday 10/14.

Finding RIGHT ACTION does not need to be hard. Achieving new levels of production, profitability and success does not need to be hard either. You just need a proven process which is designed to do exactly that.
